These are so good. I don't think you can find better quality for the price, they are extremely thick, they don't bubble up in the center like the cheap pans do when they get hot. Good heat distribution on the pan and good heat retention when adding food. The only downside to these, is Amazon picked a horrible naming convention so there is no easy way to get this specific "model" or "product line" without actually reading the listings. They have some that are cheaper, which are much thinner and not meant for induction cook tops. I highly recommend these. Also i'm not sure how they measure the size, it's an 8" and a 10" but they actually measure 8.5" and 10.5" across the top so my glass lids don't fit correctly. ... show more

These are really nice pans. They are sturdy and I really like the shape of them. My first cook with them was scrambled eggs. I didn't use any PAM or butter or oil. The eggs stuck. I was able to scrape the eggs up with a spatula and the pans are super easy to clean, but they couldn't do the "slides right out of the pan" trick that many new non-stick pans can. That said, in my experience that non-stick feature doesn't last long. These pans seem like they will last. No care instructions came with the pan, so I would recommend the "usual", which is hand wash, don't use metal utensils, and don't heat beyond "medium". They are oven-safe. For the price, I really like them and don't mind using a bit of PAM to keep the eggs from sticking. Update: Initially I gave these pans 4 stars. After a couple months of near daily use, I am upping to five stars. I do use a spritz of PAM, but they clean up effortlessly and cook evenly. I took the pictures after a few months use, and they look new. They are holding up better than pans that cost a lot more. ... show more
