This curtain rod is easy to install and holds my curtains perfectly. Great quality and doesn’t sag. Only wish the rods where a bit more spaced as the front often gets caught on the rear curtains when opening and closing which I find to be cumbersome.

I didn’t see a way to write to the company directly so unfortunately the complaint will be in the review. We were missing the end piece of the inner rod and not sure how to get one without sending the whole rod back. The rods themselves are PERFECT & STURDY. Just wish it was a complete set for us. If the company can send us just that piece (that’s in the pictures in my review), I would greatly appreciate it. If you can you get all 5 stars :)
