This is the best bed purchase that I've ever made. I have been shopping for adjustable beds for over a year, while I was saving up for the purchase. I shopped in person and online at Amazon as well as other sites. For several months I had narrowed down between this one and one on another site. The prices, features and reviews were very similar. Then Amazon added a coupon code for $100. I jumped at it and ordered before someone realized the coupon was a mistake 😂. The mattress came first several days before the expected delivery date. The base came the day before the expected delivery date. As expected the boxes looked a little beat up. But everything was fine when it was opened. I opened the mattress 2 days before set up day to allow time for it to fluff up. There was basically no set up for the base. The base is nice and sturdy. The memory foams is super comfy. The light under the mattress comes in handy when something rolls under the bed. I use the massage feature for my calves when they start cramping. The massage is a bit noisy, but it's to be expected. I have found the zero gravity preset to be very comfortable. It is my go to most nights. I have no complaints. It is worth the price, even if you don't have the coupon.

I've given over 1000 reviews over 10 years and Amazon has never offered me anything "for free" for giving so many honest reviews, so I stopped wasting my time. But, I do like to be helpful, and felt the need to review this "big ticket" item, in case you, like me, are looking for an adjustable bed, but reluctant to buy online. I went to Rooms-to-Go, Haverty, and a few other furniture stores, and tried out some of thier adjustable beds, but $3000 to $5000 was just out of my range. $6000-7000 with mattresses! You can't put a price on a great night's sleep, and something you use everyday of your life....but really? I could buy a used car for that money. So I figured for a fraction of the price, why not try a 700 dollar bed off Amazon first? Now, while it is not as comfortable as the ones I tried in store, it certainly gets the job done, especially go with a thicker mattress, 12" to 14", so you get the "pillow top" layer of comfort. This bed has already made a tremendous difference in my sleep. Sleeping on my back and being being able to elevate my back and feet at the same time, and "dial it in" perfectly to feel comfortable is AMAZING. And even side sleeping, I will lift the bed a little bit to dial in perfect comfort. The "massage" feature is not a massage at all, but the vibrations, while cheesy cheap hotel like (John Candy in Trains, Planes, and Automobiles) is actually pretty soothing..... A few times I have fallen asleep to the vibrations, and after the 10 or 20 minute timer shuts off, woken up to the stillness! ....and turned it back on until I am in a deep sleep. LOL! Especailly when I had COVID, the vibrations were soothing : ) It does come completely assembled, remarkably (just screw on the legs)....and I'm a pretty strong dude, so no problemo - but most likely you will need another person to help you with this. Oh, the underbed light is COOL, I wish it changed colors, but for getting up in the middle of the night, it is very helpful.

Frame arrived broken. The welds on the riser that raise the bed were broken. Customer service eventually sent a new frame. Everything worked out but it was a frustrating experience. Mattress is nice. Customer service was very good and responsive.

Shipping was fine, boxes showed up earlier than originally told. Setting up was no problem following the instructions, bed frame is solid, heavy. Mattress needs several hours after unwrapping to fully fluff up, comfortable so far, just firm enough for my messed up back. Minor issue, remote for bed stays lit constantly, kills batteries in less than two days. Contacted seller, they said they'd send replacement remote. Tracking code they sent for package is no good, still doesn't show up in any shipping company's system. Was told remote was delivered the 18th, said photo showing delivery was provided, but it wasn't. Almost a month of dealing with this, running out of patience. So, buyer beware. Mattress is good, haven't used the adjustable portion much due to remote issue. Not sure how durable this is going to be, no confidence of real support from seller with the way remote issue has been handled. Update to review. Got things sorted with seller, everything works well.

Helped a friend get this bed. He absolutely loves it. It seems very sturdy. The base is heavy, and easy to set up. Has 3 adjustable heights, so getting on the bed will be easy for anyone. The massage worked well. Remember to open the mattress as its compressed for a few days before setting up the bed. Bed is super comfortable.

I think the bed frame is great. Love sitting up to read in bed. It was easy to assemble. It was a lot heavier than I expected - my bedroom is on the 2nd floor and it was difficult getting it upstairs. But now I’m able to enjoy the many positions and massages!
