My grandson's gaming chair snapped from the base a year after purchase. Allstate gave us a generous refund that will almost cover replacement cost. We could have submitted proof of replacement cost and gotten a full refund, but the difference was slight and we were well satisfied. Useful and Important. Feels odd that it isn't connected specifically to the product with 'Furniture' and price being the only representations. Seems like it could be easily abused. I'd rather not enter a ton of info in at purchase, so I'm glad of it.

Great product, great price. They kept saying "product running late" So I was expecting it to come in the mail. I realized it was here all that time. It was in an E-mail. I discovered that after I cancelled it. Too late now!
