This box is very well made, good wiring, mostly quality connections (see below), and perfectly fits the 100ah 12v lifepo4 battery I have. The dual Anderson connectors make this unit perfect for my project. After adding an external waterproof solar charge controller, connected via one anderson connector, some external waterproof lighting, also connected via the other anderson connector, and a pure sine wave inverter, connected on the terminal posts, I have a (more) versatile solar generator which can provide 1200watt-hours of power for much cheaper than a comparable manufactured generator (less than $500 total). My only complaints are the lack of a one-handed carry handle, which was solved with a cheap $8 box strap handle, and the strangely flimsy lighter plug socket which broke literally the first time I plugged something into it, also replaced with a better quality lighted plug for around $8 and 5 minutes (plug and play, no wiring or fabrication needed). I put a 100whr life pro battery in it and it fits great but be careful The switch on the top Does Not turn off the power to the battery terminals but still gets a five star for fit and easy to wire up

I use this to house my deep cycle gel battery from my truck's solar system. It has a 12 volt cigarette lighter type plug that I run my portable fridge/freezer off of, and two USB ports. Also has a volt meter and a switch to turn the outlets on and off. Works great with by Cascadia 4x4 solar panel and charge controller. One downside is the buckle/strap on the unit is pops open when you try to tighten. I supplemented the strap with some paracord and this seems to work fine. Recently found out on a trip that the cigarette lighter port does not work. Not sure what I'll do for a fix or work around. Except for this defect it works well.
