The sound cuts out and lags at times. But could be the wifi connection although I don’t have any other lags anywhere else.

This is Amazing! I have wanted a Ring product for a while. I was always afraid that I would need a person to come install the doorbell, but they walk you through all of it on the app. It is super easy to install! I’m so glad that I got this and it has been amazing!!

I already had three of these. Work great this one was part of package with doorbell and like the others I added it to the interior of the house Easy to pair with other ring camera’s and door bell work great. Great clarity and almost invisible setting in table or shelves. Great product

Works ok, loses wireless signal regularly requiring reconnect to network which is only 10 feet away. Battery dies even in wired configuration. Spotty video, often doesn’t catch motion on the porch right in front of the camera. None of my other ring devices ever lose signal. Make sure you get the wired and newer version.

Install was easy enough. They don't tell you that your existing chime won't work with Ring doorbell. My chime is a 10 year old Nutone, reputable brand. Unhappy I had to order Ring chimevto get a doorbell back.
