    • Waste of money. Outdated computer. Garbage. Not Good for Gaming.
Can't update to windows 11 Can't play Genshi Impact with out it lagging super bad. Only got it to play this game. It has windows 10 a d can not be update do to lack of a certain chip #ID skips it.     • Decent Value, But No Windows 11 Upgrade
This desktop is a decent choice if you need something basic. However, I was disappointed to find that it can’t be updated to Windows 11 due to hardware limitations. While it’s fine for simple web browsing and has a sleek design, the performance isn’t impressive. The video quality is acceptable as long as you don’t have too many applications running. My biggest frustration is the lack of Windows 11 support, as this has caused issues with my printer’s ability to scan or print properly. Could not hookup external speaker brown cable to all in one socket. Brown socket was misaligned cable would not attach. Green cable socket was ok but you need two attached cables. Had to return computer.

    • Blue screen of death after six months
Took forever to download Google chrome, lagged when trying to play Roblox, screen was nice but smelled like burning electricity… asked for refund immediately. Update: computer got blue screen of death and only have used it six months months. Won’t boot in safe mode.
