Fabulous pan! Nonstick and lighter weight than I typically choose for Nonstick pans. Love it. Have my eye on the 12 inch now too to replace my 6 month old Anolon pan, which was pricey and not that great.

All I can say is that I genuinely love these pans. I happened to snatch them when there was a deal and figured, after being disappointed with so many others through the years, I'd give them a try. It's been well worth the price to me, and I would say even worth it at their regular price. I'm not a chef or a cookware aficionado and I don't have the budget to constantly splurge on trying different pans, or purchase what's considered to be the most premium. These are more than sufficient for the average person like me. I had read that some complained of the weight. To me that's a good thing. Don't be discouraged, they have a bit of heft to them (a good thing), but nothing extreme(not even close to cast iron. They are just not like the majority of pans on the market, paper thin lightweight junk that warps and falls apart. Quality made. Highly recommend. ... show more

I have been using these for over a month.. so far the surface is quite durable and is staying perfectly unmarred. Eggs still slide off flawlessly. the large pan is very. large... So i tend to brush with olive oil, sautee greens... push them to the side and fry 2 eggs in the same pan. Quick and easy... although the weight is a bit heavy... but in a good way that feels like quality So glad i bought these after years of trying "green pan" which always fails pretty quickly.
