These are the BEST! I have an induction stove. I paid over 400 for Hexclad, 100 for ceramic, my son talked me into purchasing these. They are truly non stick. Heat conducts to the edges of the pan. I start on 3 and drop the heat down to 1 for eggs, 2 to 3 for meat. The meat browns nicely and the eggs don't brown. Cleanup is with a paper towel most of the time, No scrubbing. If you take care of them they will take care of you. Best pan ever!

These pans cleaned up great! I don’t have to worry about Teflon or any other coating scraping off. Sides were just deep enough to make sure there were no messes. Very good conductor of heat as well. Excellent quality, but that’s what I would expect from the brand. Seems like they’re good enough to be handed down through time, without breaking the bank. I hope this review will help you make the right choice.

I’ve had these pans for 1-1/2 years now. Are they showing some wear? A little. Do I only use wood or silicone utensils? Yes. I found the 12” anodized All-Clad on sale locally and fell in love. I ordered this set to replace my smaller non-stick pans and I do not regret it at all. I used to buy a cheap new (8”) from the local restaurant supply about every year or two just for eggs, these pans are way better and cheaper in the long run. Pros: Nice heat distribution and super slick surface. Besides being great for cooking fish and eggs, I’m able to “fry” breaded chicken tenders to perfectly golden brown in just a few tablespoons of oil. Most things I cook med-high, generally not full on. The anodized surface is super easy to clean with hot soapy water. Good quality for the price. Cons: Hard anodized surface is just a tad soft, not as soft as Teflon(or as dangerous) but is still susceptible to scratches. I only use a soft sponge on mine, except for the bottom where I will occasionally use a steel scrubby to clean off baked on burner gunk. I would not even use a bristle scrubby on the inside, nor would I trust the dishwasher TBH. My sauté pans hang over my sink anyway, so usually just hang them wet. I don’t have an issue with the handles since they are the smaller sizes (8” & 10”) - The 12” (sold separately) has a grab handle on the opposite side and it probably one of the most used pans in my kitchen. So, treat them nice and you will love them. PS. IMO I feel that some of these reviews are showing some pretty abused pans. Also, use the right pan for the job. While you could cook a steak in one of these, I wouldn’t. Use a regular skillet or even cast iron for that. “But it sticks” you say. No, you’re trying to move the meat before it gets a good sear.

I'm very happy with these pans. I have had Teflon-coated pans and they never seem to remain non-stick for very long despite being careful with them. I have tried other anodized pans and ceramic-coated pans but none compared to the quality and non-stick properties of these. These pants are sturdy, durable and very non-stick. The handles are not the most comfortable but they are strong. There are two fasteners inside the pan that connect the handle to it. The fasteners are not non-stick but overall the pans are terrific. These are great products!

I bought these after a good deal of research, perhaps the most important thing I learned being, when buying non-stick, don't spend too little and don't spend too much. Too little gets you pans without good mass (for distributing and holding heat) and possibly a finish that won't last. Too little is just silly. non-stick pans last 3 to 5 years even if you take really good care of them... spending more doesn't change this. So I like All -Clad as a company and these products are priced about right. They've proven good and durable and I like the steel base. Very solid. One thing to mention though: These are NOT good omelet pans as the shape doesn't allow easy flipping and sliding as you likely want to do for an omelet. I bought a separate 8" omelet pan from another brand for that.

These are excellent pans. I've been using them 10 to 12 times a week for four months now and they are as nonstick today as the they were on the first day. There is not even one little sticky spot on either pan. I take excellent care of my nonstick pans: no super high heat, no metal utensils or abrasives, never leave them in the sink to get dinged by other items. For many years I purchased the same nonstick pans that costs half as much as these and replaced them every six months or so when they began to stick so much that it became a problem. In the past year or two, those less expensive pans were only lasting three months until finally the last one only made it three weeks. I decided at that point to try something more expensive and see if the quality was better. These do not disappoint. They are worth every penny and when the inevitable time comes to replace them (nonstick does not last forever), I will be rebuying these same pans.
