These pans are a joy to cook with. No stick whatsoever and very easy to clean. But mostly I love the way there is an even distribution of heat throughout. These are professional pans, in fact, a professional chef told me to look for them. I wasn't sure about the large size of that 12" large skillet, (make room on the shelf for this one!) but I am finding lots of good uses for it simply because it is so large-like more poaching, even soups. I like the shape of the pans, both have some depth and the inside is rounded nicely. Love the way they look and weight of the pans. I use these on an induction cooktop and they work great. Easy to sauté veggies, etc. and with a small amount of olive oil there is no sticking. They are also very easy to clean. I’m very happy with the quality and have already used them a lot, especially the smaller one. I would recommend these and would buy again when needed. ... show more

So far so good. We are replacing a couple of older, well worn, 8” and 10” non-stick frypans that served us well. The weight of these is what we expect from A/C. But we haven’t tested them yet and will update this as we do. As per the handles, what the heck is the big deal! We have 30 A/C pots and pans and they all have the same handle. It has never been an issue. My wife is a lifelong professional chef and chef educator and never an issue. Until I read these reviews I had never heard a complaint. After using them for a week (my wife is a retired professional chef and is ALWAYS cooking-and we have over 30 All-Clad pans), we found them perfectly functional and a huge bargain. We have no complaints of the evil handles. They work well as all AC handles do and the NS surfaces as well. Nothing to add to the above except that they are not showing any signs of wear at all after a few months. But we take care of our pans! No overheating, no metal utensils and no scrubbing with abrasives. We like them enough that we just bought a 12” pan from this same line. ... show more

These are very nice pans. They are solid, well-crafted, definitely non-stick, and sit flat and work well on my induction range top. While I would NEVER put a skillet in the dishwasher (or a knife) they clean up very, very easily with soap and hot water! Caveat: Neither pan is the size described. The 8" pan is 8 1/2" in diameter and the 10" is 10 5/8". The inside diameters are about a quarter inch smaller. Why does this matter? Your lids may not fit. ... show more

I got a stainless steel Allclad pan and liked it so much that I tried this non-stick set. It's great for eggs, heats quickly and evenly, and cleans easily. Make sure you follow the directions for cleaning or you may get a faint plastic smell on your first couple of uses.

All clad does not disappoint. I have a large selection of high end pots and pans in stainless steel, cast iron and ceramic coated cast iron. I purchased these to make a specialty in crepes. I'm not crazy about the handles. Although they are long they are pretty abrasive on the hands the way the handles on the edges turn up slightly. When making crepes this might be a problem. It was a great price so I will keep them and try them out. I have sleeves I can use to cover the handles. I recommend you purchase the sleeves to go with these pans. All Clad sells some to fit their cookware. ... show more

I've been searching for a non-stick pan that lasts. I purchased this set after a coworker suggested this brand. After several uses, I'm still amazed by how well these non-stick pans perform. Although they may be heavy, they're dependable. I will be recommending this brand from now on.
