Best pan I've ever used

This pan replaces 5 other pans in my kitchen. I needed someting more responsive to heat and slightly more forgiving than carbon steel..this pan is it. It has a really comfortable working size, sturdy handles and my wrists don't hurt after using it like they do my cast iron. The splatter/strainer is a really thoughtful addition and I'm looking forward to making a good lasagna sauce in it. It responds quickly to temp changes and is just nice to use. The rounded interior makes getting food off the walls of the pan easy. They are pricey but worth every penny.

All-Clad is a well know respected brand so there is nothing more to say about the great quality of this pan. It’s an awesome piece to have that also comes with a ‘lid’ like top that can strain or keep covered that lets a ton of steam out. Truly a great addition. Shout out to the seller- I received an air purifier instead and returned it for the correct product immediately (thank you). I plan on using this pan for year and years.

Be advised this product may be sold “As New” but most likely it’s been returned for one reason or another. Mine was sold as new but clearly it was a returned pan. This is getting beyond ridiculous, this is the third order I have had to return because of used products.
