Stuff sticks to it and it is harder to clean than my non stick pans. I also expected the interior to stay shiney. It doesnโ€™t, becomes gross looking even from cooking starchy foods like pasta and rice. I feel like this type of pan never looks clean even though it is.

When I got married 17 years ago, I consulted with a friend who is a gourmet chef and asked him what brand of cookware should I register for. He said All Clad was the best so I go a whole set.
