Best pans I’ve ever used—perfect for getting a good crust on proteins. As long as you take care to heat the pan properly, use oil, and give proteins a few minutes to form a crust and release from the pan naturally you shouldn’t have issues with sticking. I was initially worried about getting fake all clad on Amazon, but these definitely aren’t. All the packaging checks out, shipped from All Clad’s parent company to an Amazon facility, and comes with the warranty card which is verified on their website. Love these pans. Really great for cooking all sorts of foods. Had used non-stick in the past age got tired of having to replace them every couple years and warpage issues. These are very durable and won't have those problems. They hold heat very well too. One of the pans did come with a little dent, but no cracking so it's mostly superficial. Still need a non-stick frying pan, but for the most part this set will cover like 80-90% of your cooking needs. Just have to learn a few things to keep some foods from sticking, but after a few times cooking it's easy. ... show more

It is a beautiful set with all claims turning out to be true. At first I put only 4 stars, but changed it to 5 due to the outstanding quality. The only thing I don't like about these, is that there are no pouring spouts or curved edges. You cannot pour anything from these without spilling, so be prepared. I expected to get a set that i could possibly season. This is not the case. These pans need oil to function. They burn foods quicker than expected. I will say that yes, the heat distribution is absolutely superb. The technology works, but this set has 3 mediocre quality items that are not full sized professional pots. I received the pots scratched as well, but the package them in a manner that makes you wonder how they received the scratches. ... show more

We were unsure about this purchase. Not only was it a lot of money but we weren’t sure about non stick cookware. We love it. It does hold heat well and so much more evenly. Clean up required soaking and sometimes the cleaning powder but the pans look like new each time. Totally worth it.
