As a huge dark chocolate fan, I love the rich taste and deepness of this chocolate. As far as efficacy, I haven't noticed significant changes. I've been having a distaste for coffee lately, so I turned to this hoping it was a decent alternative. These are easy to consume. It helps a little for energy but not so much for focus. I've tried about 5 forms of energy/focus products in the past 3 months, and I'd consider this product second to last overall.

I'm a chocoholic and would buy this for the taste of the chocolate alone! The fact that it tastes so damn delicious as well as having the beneficial effects is a huge bonus. I bought this product as was having trouble enjoying a good night's sleep due to stress. I definitely felt a sense of ease kick in around 30 mins after having eaten a square and within 1 hour I was sound asleep and didn't wake up until my alarm went off at 7am. I live in NYC so often wake up multiple times a night due to noise outside so an uninterrupted night's sleep is priceless! I felt full of energy upon waking and would absolutely recommend this product for a good night's sleep. I can't wait to try the rest of the range!
