Upon setting up the hot tub at my newly completed home, we followed all installation instructions carefully. When the unit was plugged into a brand-new, properly installed outlet, the plug repeatedly tripped the electrical system. To ensure safety, we had a licensed electrician—who is also a town inspector—evaluate the issue. He confirmed that the plug on the hot tub is faulty. More alarmingly, when attempting to plug the unit in, the faulty plug caused an electrical fire. Thankfully, no one was injured, but this is a very serious hazard that could have resulted in significant damage or harm. At this point: The hot tub has never been used The unit is unsafe to operate We will not attempt to plug it in again due to the fire risk I am extremely frustrated and concerned by the complete lack of response from your company despite several outreach attempts. This matter requires immediate attention. Please contact me as soon as possible to: Arrange for a safe resolution (replacement, repair, or return) Provide guidance on next steps to address this hazardous defect

So far so good. Set up was easy. It was quick to heat. It’s bubbles up nicely and is very relaxing, it’s definitely only a 2 person to say 4 person is a bit of a stretch. The only problem is I didn’t receive the protective filter covers. Which I’ve sent an email and am waiting to hear back. That is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

This 4-person SPA hot tub is absolutely amazing! The setup is super easy, and the modern design is perfect for family use, allowing us all to relax together. The energy-saving cover is incredibly useful, and when used with the SPA, it significantly boosts heating efficiency, keeping the water at a steady temperature. Soaking in the tub is incredibly comfortable—my kids never want to get out—and the soothing bubbles melt away all the stress. What truly surprised me were the LED light strips; when the lights come on at night, the effect is simply stunning. The romantic ambiance is instantly created, and enjoying a glass of wine on the cup holder makes the whole experience even more perfect. We love the size and shape of this inflatable spa/hot tub. We only gave it a 3 because when we set it up, we found there was a hole in the bottom of the tub. There was a patch kit with no instructions. I had to buy a patch kit. We placed it on a piece of short nap astro turf. (which is on flat concrete). Then we placed the cushion pads down and black cover sheet. When we filled it up it leans to the opposite side of the pump and is not level. It did heat up well and maintained the temperature. The additional covers helped hold the heat. We will follow up after refilling and trying it again to see if stands level and does not lose water.

I bought this hot tub in April. It lasted a little over 3 months. Quit heating the water and the thermostat temperature read110°. The water was cold. It had a 6 month warranty. I contacted the company through Amazon and explain the problem, went through their process of sending pictures, a receipt, and filled out a form. Never heard back from them. I contacted Amazon regarding the problem with the company. I received a communication from the company saying the return date had expired. I was not interested in a return, I wanted my money back. After several communications with Amazon, email and phone calls, Amazon refunded my money in full under Amazon's warranty policy. This company should be avoided. They do not honor their warranties and their products are poorly made. Amazon denied my claim because I did receive the item and it was as described. I am going to fight Amazon. The item was not as described. It was described as having a 6 month warranty. That warranty was not honored. We'll see where that goes.

Great little hot tub, we have used everyday since received, but due to colder temps moving in we took it down this last weekend. Would recommend reading the manual on this tub and watch the videos, they were helpful. the manual, was ok.

A couple of weeks to a couple of months is all you will get out of these inflatable oval 2 person hot tubs regardless of what name is printed on it. They are all the same junk. Perfect water and care won't prevent the very cheap components from failing quickly. It's a shame the more reputable companies don't make this size.
