I saw quite a view negative comments on this and I wanted to add our review because in the past 3 weeks we’ve had this, we love it! It was a great deal, easy to assemble, easy to maintain, does not leak, or deflate. The jets are great. It gets super warm, we’ve even had to turn it down. The temperature does seem to be a few degrees higher than what it really is, not a big deal. It took about 5 hours to fill, then about 24 hours to get to 98°. We will turn the heater off during the week and it stays at 80-85° and takes about an hour to heat back up. We got the 4-6 person size and we have plenty of room for the 2 of us!

Hot tub had holes before it was even blown up and filled up despite purchasing liners and pads to prevent this. Heat sensor went out a week later so I only was able to use it 2 times before it was no longer worth the hassle. I contacted manufacturer about these issues and did not hear back. The lesson I learned was skip the inflatable hot tub and save money for a real one.

Never took it down through the winter. We have recently cleaned it & refilled it without any issues. I am always in the yards so it makes it very nice & relaxing. It came with 3 filters as well. Temp works great as well. On our 2nd year.

This inflatable hot tub is awesome! It was super easy to setup, didn't take much time at all. The quality is great, really sturdy and well-made. The JET feature is really powerful, and the BUBBLE jets feels amazing on my body. I've been enjoying it every day for the past few days, and it's been incredible relaxing.

So, the setup was quick. Came with 3 filters, requires 2 the 3 is a bonus. Cover, check. Fills fast, put it up this morning and he jumped in immediately. I will enjoy tonight after the heat lessens so I can try out the heat and jets. I'll be back in 30 days with update.

I bought this on April 28, 2024. As of three days ago, the heater quit working on it. I just happen to be within my 180 days. They want to replace the heater, but do I really want to do that because will the same thing happen with this one. Too much of a chance to take after paying $500 for this. The company that makes this product couldn’t tell me if the new heater would start with the new 180 days or if it would just continue from the one that’s already quit. So I score a refund they tell me I am out of the window for a refund. What a product That is faulty. Oh I no apology not I’m sorry not anything point sorry you’re out of the window for a refund.? What kind of customer service is that after just three months! I was weary about buying this after reading some of the reviews but I thought OK. Well things happen. Maybe Mine will be One of the good ones! I was wrong. I do not recommend this product or any other products to anyone.

*** This is an update on my previous review. Since my earlier review, the company has worked diligently with me to figure out the problem. In the end, they were able to resolve all the issues and replace the old hot tub with a new one. Thank you so much. The hot tub is very beneficial to my daughter and her children. Like I'd said earlier, it was a gift and they used it for health and medical reasons. Again, I deeply appreciate your assistance. (Previous review) Got this for a Christmas gift for my daughter and grand children. It was too cold to set it up right away. We finally got it set up about 2 months ago. They were very pleased with it, but after about 10 uses, the heat sensor went out. We've tried to get in touch with seller/ dealer with no response. If you purchase this hot tub, make sure you set it up and use it immediately to make sure it's going to work for more than 2 months. For that price it should last much longer. Would like some kind of response from them regarding this problem. I know the time is up to return it (my fault); but the least they can do is send me another heat sensor, or at least respond to my email and tell me how to fix this one.

Do not buy this hot tub. We’ve had it since May, 2024 and two seams have split. We have to drain the water and plug it and hope it doesn’t split again. We take IMPECCABLE care of our hot tub and have no animals puncturing it. Save your money.
