    • Great unit with excellent customer service for any issues. Very satisfied as of now
So I have to say was a little hesitant about buying more budget friendly unit but I read through reviews first and it seemed very clearly that customer service was prompt and had a solution for the issue and is making it correct, so with that I am totally satisfied with the unit and the service for their customers and I will not hesitate to buy several more units for my other shops currently under construction on my property and will def be buying at least 2 more units from this company in the near future, I would also like to point out that the packaging was also very nice and carefully done so the actual products arrived safe and damage free so these guys and the unit have def gotten my approval and peace of mind that I bought something with no regards what happens after the purchase don’t waste your money on me cool or other high priced units for the price this Albott unit has the same sleek look and features and I can tell you that they do stand behind what they sell, they have def gained another long time customer who will buy with confidence I am already looking through this sellers other products to see what else I need, thank you guys so much for making this right and making it totally stress free in the end ... show more

BLOWS SUPER COLD!! We are using this with a solar system. Its using like 200w. We are in love. We are using it in our dome home. We have it set in the main living space, 2100sqft home . It is keeping the entire house fridge cold. Im still trying to get the app to connect, probably user error. Affordable. Easy to install. Much more energy efficient than our full house hvac that came with the house ... show more

    • Working great so far.
About the only complaint I have is that it never seems to shut off. It keeps my shop at the desired temp but runs 24 hours a day.

24K mini split was the perfect size for my shop that's 24'X24'. I live in central Arkansas and today, 9/20/2026, it's 95° and it's projected for 102° tomorrow. It's a fully insulated shop but it's use has been pretty much restricted due to heat and cold spells. Now I can work in comfort 24/7/365. For hot days I'm keeping it at 76 degrees and for cold days I'll keep it at 68 degrees. I've got an extremely bad back but was able to install it by myself with my wife helping just to lift the compressor in place. Love it. And I had to contact customer service on a small item and they responded and resolved the issue within 24 hours. ... show more

This unit is incredible!! 5 stars aren’t enough for the performance! Was the install difficult? Yes, if the only instructions you use are the company’s manual. However there are so many YouTube videos available that it would be hard to mess it up. Just take it step by step and follow the videos and you’ve got it. It will be worth it and you will be asking why you didn’t do it sooner. Today it’s 94 degrees outside and we have the unit set on 70. Finally had to turn it down and then off as the house was too cold! ... show more
