This mini split has been a lifesaver! My 16 year old AC was running constantly and couldn’t keep up making me pay about $20 a day in electricity which is insane. This thing completely cools my home that’s just under 1000 sq ft. If you don’t have thousands of dollars to buy a new AC I highly recommend this product. This unit is incredible!! 5 stars aren’t enough for the performance! Was the install difficult? Yes, if the only instructions you use are the company’s manual. However there are so many YouTube videos available that it would be hard to mess it up. Just take it step by step and follow the videos and you’ve got it. It will be worth it and you will be asking why you didn’t do it sooner. Today it’s 94 degrees outside and we have the unit set on 70. Finally had to turn it down and then off as the house was too cold! ... show more

    • You cannot get parts for them and the seller is of no help.
Got 3 units for a large space. Installation by myself was fairly easy. Only 2 work though. The fan in the outside unit did not work. I verified that it was the fan by swapping it out for a fan from one of the other units. The biggest problem is that these are off brand units so you cannot get parts for them. I tried reaching out to the seller and can not get a response. So know going in that if anything ever breaks on them they are not repairable. ... show more

Delivered within 4 days of purchase. The package does not come with a template for bracket mouting, or hole drilling for the lines and drain. There is minimal noise level outside or inside from this unit. Upon installation, the temperature inside was able to drop from 95 to 71 during the night, on a 1250 sq ft. It comes with a remote control and a holder, but the holder doesn't seem to be the right size.
