We are expecting our first grand baby and I am getting a guest room ready. I wanted to find a clock that had a white noise feature to help him sleep and came across this Sunrise clock. I love the Sunrise feature that slowly introduces light into a room to wake you naturally. I also like that you can nap or sleep to nature sounds. I know some babies nap well while in the car, while others do with a fan noise. I love the number 4 and number 8 options, gentle rain and waves. The clock bluetooth connects to your phone by toggling the Mode "M" button on the side. When I activated Bluetooth the clock was recognized by its model number AL07 right away in my bluetooth settings. When the clock connected, it automatically synchronized with my phone's time. When I toggled the "M" button again it took me to the white noise sounds - there are 23! I tried each one. The volume is adjusted by the + and - buttons on the top side and shows up with a "V" symbol on the clock face. The alarm clock is set on the left hand top by pressing on the Alarm 1 and Alarm 2 buttons. Each toggle changes the display and you use the + and - keys on the top right to toggle through to the desired alarm time, alarm sound and volume. There are 9 alarm sounds, several that are guaranteed to jar you out of bed if you are a sound sleeper. I chose number 8, a tinkly melody. But if you need startling, try the fire engine sound or number 1, the traditional old fashioned metal on metal alarm sound. The clock also has a light button on the right side that allows you to choose the color of your night light and pattern of display, either solid, custom dimmed or fading from color to color. It features all the primary colors and combinations of them that fade. There is a rolling sider below the light button that allows you to manually dim the light intensity so you can customize your nightlight settings. And last but no least, the sunrise feature can be set to rise for half an hour to two hours. For the baby, we will primarily be using it as a clock and nightlight when mom and dad are sleeping in the room and as a white noise machine for napping as needed so may not get to use the alarms initially. The Bluetooth speaker is good for a bedroom or other type of small room, to listen to the news, a podcast or music, so mom can nurse in the rocking chair and listen to music or the news as needed. The clock is easy to set up, full featured, works well and has great sound. This would make a great gift for new moms or anyone who likes to sleep or nap with nature sounds or wake to a gentle sunrise.

I got this alarm clock for nine-year-old son and he's a big fan of it. It works great and looks really nice, too (it even goes with my farmhouse-style decor 😉). I can't believe the fantastic price ($14.99), especially considering that it's one of those fancy sunrise alarm clocks! I really like that you have the option of having a more soothing sound when the alarm goes off and that you can set how long you want the sunrise light to be on for, too. I hate waking up to an alarm that's jarring and didn't want my son to have to fight that battle (😆) so I'm thrilled to have found this for him.
