HESHE responded to my prefious review of the following: "LOVE THE BAG, THE LOOK AND THE QUALITY UNTIL OVE OF THE STRAPS, WHICH WAS SEWN INTO THE TOP END OF THE BAG, TORE OFF. I WAS NOT PUTTING EXTRA WEIGHT ON THE STRAP. VERY DISAPPOINTING." They resposnded to me quickly and unexpectedly by offering me a refund or to send me a new purse. they asked that I send them a picture of the broken strap, which I did. they said they'd give the information to the factory so as to reinforse ore strenthen the weak seam for future purses, thanking me for my patience and help making thier product better. I asked for a new purse. I received it today, 2-3 weeks later. I do like the purse very much. iIt's not too big or too small. It easily fits my wallet, glasses, phone and various other items. The extra zippered pockets keep me from having to dig through a bunch of items to find the main things I need, glasses, phone and wallet. Keys are easily retrieved from the small zippered pocket. The leather is high quality and I love the color. Thank you HESHE for backing the quality of your handbags.

Color was a bit lighter than I expected. The Quality is superb!!! Leather is not stiff and the zippers have very easy and smooth operational mechanics. It is just the right size for a shoulder or crossbody bag. Also an excellent weight that does not dig into your shoulders. I was surprised with all the organization that this purse gives, more pockets and zippers than I was expecting. There was a slight smell of leather when the package was opened, but was expecting that. I purchased mine at a sale price, but the regular price is well worth the money for what you receive.

Love this purse! I was lucky enough to catch this on sale:) Genuine leather which by the way a smell I love. I picked the brown and with the zipper trim pops it. I tend to like the softer purses over the stiffer ones. Plenty of compartments for all my needs. Just the right size a medium bag should be. It came packaged well and also has a nice bag to use when you want to store your purse. I highly recommend this one!

This is a great bag; however, what I carry just barely fits in it. I do like the size, the color, the shoulder strap and the fact that the multiple compartments have zippers which makes me feel the contents are safe and secure. Since it's a genuine leather bag I presume it's will last a very long time.

This is a beautiful purse. The zippers work really well, the strap is a great length and because it snaps on and off, you can get a fun wide strap for comfort. Its the perfect size when I don't want my backpack purse which is large, or my phone wallet which is slightly larger than my phone.
