I chose this to make quick curtains for my garage. I'm usually very particular about checking dimensions, but somewhere saw that these were 2" wide. They are only 1/2" diameter rods. They will suffice for my project, but if your looking more for a 2" rod to make curtains or use for a shower, this isn't for you. Sturdy little rods that hold up my blackout shades quite nicely. The right size for my window, easy to use and have not slipped down over time. The white perfectly matches the window frame they go on. Not sure about rust resistance because they don't get wet.

Great rods that hold up well. I had to cut one down to fit in my use case but they work nicely. good for an RV or Van Life situation. They are a good size and are easy to cut down if need be. They are also easy enough to clean if they get dirty.
