I bought this in March of 2023 with the intent on washing my house once it warmed up. Well in Wisconsin it didn't warm up until May. So by the time I took it out of the box it was already out of warranty. The day I was ready to wash the house, I could not get it to work at all. I messed around with GFI and extension cords and outlets for an hour or so with no luck. It would not fire up. So I washed the house the old way with a brush and garden hose. I then set it aside in disgust and left it in the garage for another 45 days. So last weekend I went to wash the car. I was able to get the electric pump going but I could only depress the wand trigger if the unit was shut off and then turn the switch on. Then I couldn't let the trigger up or it would shut off and I should then have to shut the unit off, depress the trigger and then turn the bugger back on again. It's a pain and doesn't work right. You can't call the company, they don't seem to have a phone, youcan't find an email on the web and the unit is a piece of crap in my garage. Buy something at a local store that will take care of you. I should have known better.

This unit is good for rinsing off a car or patio table, things like that. I would argue it's nowhere near the 3000psi advertised. Feels to be about half that from my experience with pressure washers. Nonetheless, it's light weight, affordable, and is capable of doing some simple light duty tasks. Also noteworthy... there seemed to be a break-in period of 5 minutes or so where the pressure fluxuated a bit. That went away after 5 min or so. New bushings, seals etch probably needed to be worked a bit.

The title of this product is not accurate as it is listed as 3000psi but really is half that. Nevertheless it works and does its job. Do not try using this to clean your driveway. My 4 car driveway took 5+ hrs just to clean. I then borrowed my friends gas powered pressure washer and did a job on a similar driveway and finished in less than 2 hours with better results. This pressure washer is better for sides of houses or washing cars and small projects. Get this when it is on sale otherwise just buy a sunjoy one at walmart or something
