I’m very impressed with this gazebo. The size is perfect for my back yard. The frame feels sturdy and the roof looks much better than I expected. It really give us a comfortable place to sit outside and relax. It protects us from the sun and rain. Overall, i love it.

I wish there was a 0 stars because this product deserves every bit of that. I normally dont do reviews to often but this needs to be addressed. If you want hours of headaches, multiple cuts on you and feeling defeated in every aspect of your life then this is the gazebo for you. The sheet metal first off came all bent up nothing fits together like it should. Spent hours guessing where parts go because only some was labeled. The directions aren't very clear. Most holes dont even line up so needed to drill my own holes. You need an army of guys to put this together, definitely not a single person project. I would definitely stay away from this purchase. Myself spent 5 days and about 20 hours just to build this and I fix and build things for a living. Stay away from this thanks

This canopy looks great once it’s installed however it takes hours (2 days with 2 men) to complete the project. So far we love it- wondering how it will hold up during the winter season.

Firstly, I ordered gray and received black: not worth trying to exchange. Secondly, this indeed was a tedious build but all parts were included and everything fit together. The instructions are pictograms but if you've ever assembled anything from IKEA you can handle this; I did it mostly by myself as a 70-year-old semi-handy female. It took me a week doing a couple hours a day being limited more by the heat, rain and mosquitoes during the Florida summer than the complexity of the construction. The roof panels are very thin and covered in a plastic film that comes off in tiny shreds. Since my gazebo is in a corner of my yard I only removed the film from the panels on 2 sides. Leaving the film on doesn't look bad, just kind of spotted. Found a Youtube hack that helped remove the film in a sheet: start peeling it all across a bottom piece until you have enough to wrap around a yardstick then roll the stick. Another tip: use an allen bit in an electric screwdriver. There are more than 250 screws and to try and do them all by hand with the dinky tool provided is ludicrous. Lastly, there are small black support blocks for the corrugated roof ridges. I don't know how others kept them in place long enough to get a screw in but I used small pieces of mounting tape. Overall I am happy with my purchase. I took off a star because they sent the wrong color and the general fiddly nature of the build. (By the way, all the screens and curtains were included, I just didn't use them.)

So far I have it half set up, it’s taking some time to set it up between having some broken parts (which were replaced) to just needing time set aside to do it. It’s not an easy build, instructions are in pictures so it’s kind of a guessing game as to how to do it. All parts are labeled so that makes it easier. I am not sure yet as to any leaks and how it will hold up in the winter. If anything I can change the review down the road. As of yet it looks like good quality and it will be sturdy once built. PS had to message them again because one of the pieces that holds the roof has the holes in the wrongs spot. Fingers crossed I get a new part for that quickly, frustrating that I’ve had this since May 30 and it’s June 16 and it’s still not up PSS Got it up and complete! Rained overnight, no leaks! Just need some gutters now. I would say the overall set up was extremely difficult, the dissections were only in pictures. I wish it was more clear, especially when it came to hanging up the curtains, not sure if I even did it correctly lol. Also no ties on the screen portion to hold them back.

Well first the plastic shield on the roof panels is almost impossible to remove. That was the most tedious and longest time to do. It was pretty easy to setup with 2 people. It is pretty low so if you are a very tall person you might have to duck when getting under it. And ours leaks. It rained pretty heavily the day after we put up and the table we had underneath it had puddles of water. We saw where it was coming from but cant figure out how or how to resolve the issue.

Despite all of the negative things people have said about this gazebo… We have installed several maybe that’s why we didn’t have too much of a hard time. We have spent thousands of dollars on gazebos and we’re renting where we’re at and did not want to spend a lot of money. Yes, it took a couple days to install only because we live in Florida now and the heat is atrocious! As long as you follow the instructions and go slow and don’t get frustrated! I saw one review where someone said it was very flimsy and noticed they did not put the end pieces to secure the roof pieces on to secure the top. They were missing pieces and should’ve double checked all their pieces. Ignore the ladder and the stuff out I was so excited to share that it’s finally up. It is extremely sturdy and we put planters to secure it and filled them with cement and then I am going to put decorative rock on the top once that’s done. Super impressed for the price because it is very sturdy decently heavy and I can’t wait to order my second fan for this! Let’s be real yes you pay for what you get, but I didn’t want to spend thousands of dollars on a rental. But for the price, I think this is the best bang for your buck!. We only ordered the 10 x 12 but I absolutely love it! I also decided not to install the upper vents because they looked super cheap but I really don’t care because I absolutely love everything else about this! One screw would not screw in so on the roof I did use some flex seal glue and it’s perfect! Already rained and no leaking! Ps. I also read other comments where people were taking the time to take a clear film off of the metal roof. I saw it, but you can barely see it and I did not waste my time to take that off. And you cannot see it when it’s up so I left it on.
