Very nice equipment and easy to move! A couple of tips on assembly, it might be easier to add pedals before adding bar to sides. Pay attention to the R/L on the top of the pedal and on the side bars. The side bars should have the label R/L facing OUT once installed. There are no locking pins to keep closed when moving. Two were missing but they won’t go anywhere anyway, so suspect instruction manual was wrong . Nevertheless, item is VERY easy to fold and move, and a dollar store bungee cords can easily keep it closed. I bought for the stride & oscillating leg movement. It gives a good stride like a Gazelle but much more lightweight and easy to move. It appears a lot like the Slim Strider 360. Very happy with purchase since dealing with sciatica from sitting all day and this seems it will target and stretch & strengthen the right muscles. Excellent buy! Only negative it’s a little noisy but I have hardwood floors, so planning to place on a mat.

This is garbage. It is flimsy. The pins in the middle cut into your legs. You just can't use if you are over 5'6" because then your thighs will be cut in by the handle bars. Assembly was insanely difficult.

I had such high hopes for this product. Unfortunately one of the bars only had one hole when two holes are needed for assembling. Which is frustrating after nearly done with putting the equipment together. I finished putting the equipment together anyway. I really wanted to start a new workout routine. I tried to glide only to have the pin hit against my inner thigh. I don't recommend this product.

This is not good for what I bought this for- a cardio workout. The foot rests are too far apart for back and forth motion. I cannot get a good stride and uncomfortable on my knees with my legs too far apart. I do find this is an excellent abduction machine, but not cardio. This did not meet my needs so not completely satisfied. Thinking of returning
