The media could not be loaded. Best for: • Area rugs • Spot cleaning carpet • Cleaning furniture or upholstery • Small messes and stains Not ideal for: • Cleaning large rooms of wall-to-wall carpet (tank is small) This portable carpet cleaner is a great value for the size and works very well for targeted cleaning. The lightweight design makes it easy to move around, which is perfect when you just need to tackle a stain quickly. Setup was simple and the instructions were fairly clear, although the unit would be even better if the clean water and dirty water tanks were labeled more clearly. I tested it on a mud stain tracked onto my carpet by contractors. I applied the cleaning solution, let it sit for a few minutes, then used a small amount of water and slowly pulled the cleaner back to suction everything up. You can actually see the dirty water moving through the tube, which lets you know it’s working. It only took a few passes for the stain to come up. The attachments that come with the cleaner suffice for getting the job done if you need to scrub a stain or just need it for general suction. Found them to be sturdy and useful. A tip for new users: don’t oversaturate the area. Use a moderate amount of water and pull the cleaner slowly so it can properly suction the dirt out. The machine is a little louder than I expected for its size, but the suction is strong and it gets the job done. I also like the black and pink color, which makes it easy to spot and a bit more stylish than most cleaners. Overall: A very good portable cleaner for quick stains, rugs, and furniture, and it’s easy to empty and clean afterward. I would definitely recommend it for spot cleaning.

It's ok I guess I tested it on a small piece of carpet, got dirt out but not much. I will try to get better carpet cleaner to see if that's the problem but overall ok .
