An air fryer is a nice alternative to a large oven, especially if I'm just cooking for myself, which is usually the case. The size of this air fryer is just perfect! The electronic menu stopped lighting up. Thus making the “turn on” feature inaccessible. At first after pulling the tray out and putting it back in a few times worked. Until it didn’t. Now it is completely useless. I did enjoy the window during this brief time. Otherwise it worked adequately well for these nearly 2 months.

The Seller redeemed themselves by issuing a refund, so I am updating my review. There seem to be more positive than negative reviews and perhaps this was glitch in quality control and language barrier. I still like the design and will consider purchasing again. Don't give up if you have an issue with performance. They appear to be genuinely concerned. Previous Reviews: This Company has no Customer Service response, and AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE says they are unable to contact the company also...(!!!?!!!) and they will not call the company to initiate an inquiry. I've tried FOUR TIMES to contact them (by emails, their website and phone calls) to obtain either repair or replacement per the 1 year warranty. and they do not respond. I called their phone number in China at 10:30 am (their time) on a Wednesday and there is no answer and no message. I bought it as I liked it's size, perfect for a small kitchen; the viewing window is a nice feature and it is very easy to clean. It worked great for about 3 months. Thereafter it would occasionally not turn on. Then it stopped turning on all together. It has a one year warranty, so I will contact the manufacturer about repair or replacement and write a new review after that experience.

As this is my first air fryer purchase I very much like the large digital screen on top of the unit. Easy to follow instructions and quite easy to clean. The food came out nearly perfect and I did take time to research further as to how to cook with an air fryer. The instructions were okay but not as in depth as I hoped for. The unit does have a hum to it as it cooks but other than that I would buy this again. A nice touch was a light you can manually turn on that allows you to see inside as it cooks. Overall great buy for the price.

Bought this for my college kid. It’s an easy way for her to fix food and it works good. All buttons work and the cooking time is great. She cooked Chicken wings, mini egg muffins (from frozen), and more. I wish it had a separate basket inside but the basket is connected to the handle. Hopefully it lasts for a while.

The media could not be loaded. The product works as intended; however, it recently stopped working completely. This has actually been an issue since I bought it but I would be able to plug it in another outlet and it would work. I know it’s the product because all my other appliances work just fine when plugged in. It worked for a year before it finally gave out so just be prepared and get the warranty if you choose to buy.

This was my first ever air fryer. I loved how easy it was to set up and how fast it heated up our food. There are buttons with pictures on it that I thought were pre-determined settings but I think they were just for show. I also liked that they included a helpful cooking pamphlet. In any case, there were signs of issues when I first bought it because the basket wouldn’t slide in flush with the machine. I ignored it until now; the air fryer won’t turn on unless someone is pushing against the basket the entire cooking time. I think I got what I paid for.
