This is Awesome! I use this Air Fryer all the time. It cuts down on use the stove or oven. Great for wings cheese sticks and anything else you like.

I bought this air fryer because it has a ceramic non-stick coating that I thought would be better for more healthy cooking. Purchased in November 2024…this air fryer’s non-stick coating had started peeling off both the basket and cooking tray after just 4 months of every other day usage. The last page of the instruction manual says: “This air fryer comes with a one-year warranty. If you encounter any problems with this air fryer, please contact us by email. We will deal with your problem within 24 hours.” What a joke that is!! I emailed them TWICE with no response. So I contacted AMAZON and they said that as a “one time courtesy” they would send me a return label and refund my money. I liked the 10 qt size of this air fryer and how well it worked, but the peeling ceramic coated interior is totally unacceptable! I just bought the Nuwave Brio Plus Air Fryer 8 Qt air fryer from AMAZON…it says in the description: “HEALTHY PFAS-FREE COATING: Cook healthier with all-natural, non-stick ceramic coating free from harmful PFAS. Tested by TUV for 106 known PFAS elements, Duralon Blue G10 Ceramic Coating ensures none were detected. Enjoy safe, worry-free cooking!” Hopefully this coating doesn’t peel off!!

The Kucadir air fryer is a wonderful appliance! I love that its drawer and grill plate are ceramic coated, no toxicity but still non-stick and easy to clean! It is simple to use, the large capacity is perfect, and the deep drawer prevents grease from getting on the heating element. We use it at least once a day! Even more amazing, however is the customer service! The owner's manual is pretty minimalist. But when we had an issue after almost 6 months of use, a simple email to the address in the manual, received an instant reply. And a new air fryer arrived at our door in less than 4 days! We couldn't be more pleased with the product, and with the company! This is a highly recommended item!

2025 Update: After 1 year of use, the coating on the drawer started to come off. After 1 year of use, I think that's pretty okay in this day in age. At this point, the air fryer is still working perfectly so all I need is a new drawer. I looked in my owners manual to see what my warranty covered and it just said "limited 1 year warranty." I contacted the seller to see what my warranty covered, and I didn't get an answer back til over a week later, but they were willing to send me a new air fryer free of charge. It's really nice knowing the stand by their warranty and did this for me. However, I still wish they sold the drawer on its own because what if my drawer chips in a year again? I know I'm not going to get a new air fryer every year, and I don't expect that from them. Anyway, thank you so much for sending me another one. I absolutely love this air fryer and would have been really sad if I had to buy a different one. Original Review 2024: Spend a lot of time looking at air fryers and finally decided on this one. This thing is amazing. Quiet, cooks fast and thoroughly, looks gorgeous, ceramic coated, and large capacity. Like other reviews note, the ceramic coating seems very resilient and I feel this will last a while. Only gripe I have is the center of the plate there are two holes for your fingers. This is useful, but that means things like diced potatoes will get caught under.

I had my unit for about 15 months, it stopped generating heat. I notified Kucadir of my issue. They sent a replacement, received in 3 days!!! Great Job Kucadir!! This is the kind of customer service that keeps customers! Thank you!

Loved this air fryer for exactly 1 year from the date it was ordered, then the heat and fan both stopped! When it was purchased it arrived 4 days after it was ordered so I would think that the Warranty would start when the customer receives it, not when it's ordered. Anyway, can't connect with the e-mail given in the User Manual and no help from Amazon 1 year and 1 day after ordering. I guess this air fryer has a life expectancy of less than 1 year, but it was great while it lasted!
