I love this fryer. We went from never using a fryer to using it all the time, once we got it. It’s great for all sorts of things. Heating up left over pizza is great. Toasting hamburger buns and home cut French fryer is awesome. It is super easy to use, and I love the big size.

Edit: it’s been 6 months and the air fryer just stopped working. There is power to the unit but it will not heat. It beeps but no heat. Tried contacting the phone numbers listed for the manufacturer but they are not active numbers. Tried troubleshooting according to the manufacturer suggestions listed on Amazon but they must be some generic instructions not specific to this model. So now it’s a worthless piece of junk. I’ll try emailing the manufacturer with the information found on the web. If they come through I will change my review back to 5 stars because while it worked, we loved it. It’s quiet and cooks perfectly. It also looks nice on the counter. You don’t have to pre-heat it and although I’d like more preset buttons, I’ve learned to work with the settings adequately. Super easy to clean. The inner tray slips into the dishwasher easily and the drawer is a breeze to wash in the sink. I think you can also put it in the dishwasher but it takes up quite a bit of room and I’d rather use that space for smaller items. Very happy with this purchase.

The Kucadir air fryer is a wonderful appliance! I love that its drawer and grill plate are ceramic coated, no toxicity but still non-stick and easy to clean! It is simple to use, the large capacity is perfect, and the deep drawer prevents grease from getting on the heating element. We use it at least once a day! Even more amazing, however is the customer service! The owner's manual is pretty minimalist. But when we had an issue after almost 6 months of use, a simple email to the address in the manual, received an instant reply. And a new air fryer arrived at our door in less than 4 days! We couldn't be more pleased with the product, and with the company! This is a highly recommended item!

Terrible initial experience (Amazon) but it turned out ok (Thanks, Kucadir!)! Ordered this air fryer during a hectic time (new baby + moving), but Amazon lost it. After hours of calls, they refunded me and promised I could keep it if it arrived. When it did, they tried to charge me again. More exhausting calls later, they finally honored their promise. Then, the air fryer stopped working within six months. Thankfully, Kucadir has quick and helpful customer service and said warranty covered it. Wow!! What service! They immediately sent a new one! I’m pretty excited about that! We loved the first but it didn’t last long. It was big and didn’t have a toxic coating, which is hard to find! I hope this replacement works for years! Thanks, Kucadir!!!

I love this air fryer. It has a super large capacity for a large family/large portions. My past air fryers peeked inside the drawer, but this one has a thick protective coating. The controls are super easy to learn and it looks great on my counter. It is also super quiet. I had one issue and the customer service department responded quickly and resolved things right away. I would highly recommend this product.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Needed a new air fryer and bought this back in October 2024. Worked fairly well - standard for an air fryer. But today out of nowhere, it’s no longer heating. The number display still works but the heating apparatus is not working. Pretty disappointing as i expect these things to last at least a year if not longer. This was about 8 months. Pretty disappointing. I hope the seller reaches out to me and offered a replacement. This is unacceptable.
