It does a good job on the walls and floor and is easy to use. Our pool guy really liked it too! We haven’t had it long enough to say anything about durability but is feels like a quality product.

    • Confused robot that does not know what to do.
In any mode the robots firmware doesn't know what to really do. It goes over the same spots over and over then moves to a complete different spot. On the floor mode any incline it gets confused and starts to float up. Save your money and clean the pool your self.

After 4 hours, the machine did not do a grid pattern. It mostly was in the deep end trying to go up a sloped bottom that transitions to the wall. Same 3 foot path for 4 hours. I tried to move it to the shallow end, and it made one path then went back to the deep end and would float when it tried to go up the slope to the wall. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Works decently well on most of the pool but then gets stuck on steps during the wall climb of the auto mode.

    • Stopped working
There is a reason Aiper is offering a large discount. This product doesn’t last. I bought mine in May of 2022. My pool season is 5 months and i used the cleaner twice a week, so very little usage. It just stopped working , 2 weeks past the warranty date.

My pool has a deeper area that extends to the shallow area with some slope. Once entering the deeper area, this machine can never climb back to the shallow area, thinking it's climbing a wall and retreats after moving a few feet ahead. The firmware designer of this product really needs to think through on how to handle a sloped swimming pool floor. ... show more
