I love the compactness and the battery life. Not sure if it does the claimed 986PSI, but it is perfect for my use, washing my cars, screens, window sills etc. It is good a everyday use. I love the adjustable all-in-one nozzel head. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Does the job just dont expect it to be a replacement for a 1500 psi electric washer. But will def getcthe job done. Works great for car cleaning and gutter cleaning. I ended up buying two. The pressure is very strong to get heavy mud out. Portability is a little hard as you need to have a bucket of water to use. Be nice to have a hose attachment. Good quality has lasted over a year and still going

This product is not what we wanted. We wanted something that would hook up to a hose pipe and handle pressure. Every time we hooked it up to anything the small hose is kept popping off. We cannot use it at all. The hoses are not even long enough to water my plants out on the back deck. It is designed to fill up a bucket of water and then go from there. That’s more trouble than it’s worth.

This power washer did a fantastic job on all of my outdoor furniture which includes approximately 30 Adirondack and tables. The battery lasted through the whole process, and the power of the washer was quite capable of removing stains and grime. When I consider the price of this device… Even if it had only lasted for this one job… It paid for itself! The great news, however, is that it’s clearly got many many more washes than it future!

So far (I just used it once so far) there's a couple of issues: One, the manual doesn't address or incorrectly addresses certain things. It doesn't explain how to use one of the "nozzles" provided. It's the "high/low pressure nozzle". It attaches just fine, like the other nozzle (the 6 position nozzle), but there's nothing that explains how to turn it from "high" to "low". It has two metal prongs that stick out the "out" end, opposite the "connected" end. These two prongs are unexplained, as well as how to use them. I found out that if you twist the nozzle, it switches from high to low ("high" being a straight, narrow stream, "low" being a bit wider, with less power). That settled, there is also a conflict of instructions. The manual tells the user NOT to attach it to a garden hose, for several reasons enumerated in the manual. However, there is a separate page of instructions specifically addressing HOW to connect the included GARDEN HOSE ADAPTER to the pressure washer. So, it's a choice of whether to follow one set of instructions, or the other, completely opposite instruction not to use the garden hose adapter (which is included with the washer). Someone or several people aren't thinking. However, it's really a moot point, since we don't have any garden hose bibs at the apartment we live in. I would rather not use a garden hose connection anyway, since it forces water through the device, when it's not really made for a pressurized supply (one of the three warnings included in the manual). Then, I used this device one day, spraying water on the back porch to clean off the debris. It seemed to work fine, though I had to lug the 5 gallon Home Depot bucket full of water, from the kitchen to the back porch, several times. It only takes around 5-10 minutes to empty this amount of water. The next time I used the washer, the long hose that is used to suck up water from the bucket came off of its connection to the pistol grip. It just "wiggled itself" off during usage, and I tried just pushing it back onto its mounting on the connector to the pistol, but it kept falling off anyway, and I am now stuck with trying to figure out which type of duct tape I'm going to buy to hold the hose onto the connector. Off to Home Depot again. This time, I'll also pick up another bucket, so that I can be using up the water in one while filling the next one. I've asked for help, sent Friday the 6th, from the seller, with no response so far on Monday the 9th. On the positive side, this seller gives you an extra battery, so you can charge one while using the other. Edit: I've decided to do a return on this item, since the hose falling off is a major issue, as well as the fact that the supply hose is so thin and flexible, it can kink easily. I'm going to return this one and get another one, now that I know what to look for. I can't afford to go with Ryobi or DeWalt, though I prefer these over the "unknowns" from across the Pacific. Both Ryobi and DeWalt don't include the battery (both are sold at Home Depot), and the charger alone is over a hundred dollars from them, so I'll try another "unknown" brand.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: The idea of the pressure washer is great. I was excited when it came, BUT VERY DISAPPOINTED when it came to using it. I attached it directly to my garden hose with the adapter and the smaller house connection came apart because it couldn't handle the water pressure.

If you are looking to clean your car, this is NOT for you. It will not cut through the dirt . Not strong enough.I wanted one to use on my pool tiles and shower tiles ( i have a huge shower) and this fit my needs. Doesnt hook to hose as stated, the pressure blows the tubing off. So a bucket is needed. Go ahead and put your hose into the bucket then you will get enough water. Battery lasts about 20 minutes . Only 1 battery.
