The media could not be loaded. I purchased this during Prime Day. This was the eye mask I didn’t know I needed lol. It fits very snuggly over your eyes, which that’s what you want so that you can feel the rotation of the massagers. The music plays very softly. And even though it has Bluetooth which is a plus, I never use it. The calm music that plays works fine for ME. You can even turn the music off if you want. You can turn heat on or off or apply more pressure along your temples. Just continue to press on the shaker button. The mask pad is removable so that you can clean it. The only CON-(if this even a con) the sound on the massagers are pretty loud BUT I will say that once you are relaxed, you don’t hear them anymore because you are SLEEP!!! This thing will put you to sleep sleep! I mean, snoring sleep! Just lay there and let it do what it’s supposed to do and that’s for you to relax. I honestly use it a lot. It sits on my night stand. When my husband see me put this on, he knows to leave me alone…hahahaha. I fall asleep with it on and then wake up at night and remove it lol. I bought one of these originally for a Christmas gift for my sister but I really wanted one for myself so I got one! I like how this one has a remote so it’s easier to change the settings while it’s on. I work as a nurse and I love using this to decompress after a rough shift. I especially like the pressure on my temples and then with the heat it feels even better. I normally don’t use the vibration, it only pulses and it’s loud. I also have found if I use the massage too often I get really sore at the brow ridge. I’ll give it a couple days and then I’m fine. I also can only use it while laying down. If I try to use it sitting up it falls out of place. If I would make it tighter to stay in place, I get even more sore at the brow ridge. Besides that, I love this thing! OMG this is my new favourite anything!!!!! I have dry eye AND chronic insomnia - I use this right before I go to sleep, and I'm asleep before the end of the treatment every time! It is absolute luxury and SO worth the money. Note: I don't use the massage because this feature is so loud; however, you don't need it, because the 'pressure' feature is, essentially, a massage. I really like this unit, the warmth, temple pressure massage. It definitely helps me ne sleep. It connected with Bluetooth for music OK. BUT, it it difficult to operate. There is one large button that selects programs and 2 smaller adjacent ones for details, like to turn music off. When wearing the unit, it is almost impossible to differentiate among the buttons, So, the slightest touch on the large button changes the program when you are trying to touch an adjacent smaller one to stop the automatic music, for example. Incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. Operating with a remote could be much better. Also, there is no case, so the shiny reflective front surface will probably scratch easily. Further, the charge only l asts for a coupke sessions. I do find the unit very restful and love the temple massage, which is soothing and can help with a headache. I bought the unit on sale, so am keeping it. Would not pay full price, though, but would get a different model. ... show more
