Shipment was quick, battery was packed well and the price was right. I used this in my 2018 Honda Civic EX Sedan. The original battery is a smallish type 51R -- these 51R types are generally sold at a premium over other car battery sizes. Many battery vendors (such as Amazon) also recommended replacement with a type 47. Doing some homework, I found that there were a few models of Civics with identical engine compartments as mine that truly did include a type 47 battery as standard equipment. The type 47 battery is a few inches wider, but the height and length were about the same. It made sense to upgrade to the wider type 47 battery -- more power at a cheaper price. However, it not a quick swap-in and swap-out -- I had to do minor modifications to the holder to make it fit properly. Here are the extra steps for the simple modification: 1. After battery is removed -- remove the battery tray by pushing it towards the firewall. It will release easily. Be careful of any cable ties attached to the box -- cut or remove them. 2. Purchase a universal automotive battery blanket and wrap it using the manufacturer's instructions. These usually cost less than $10 3. Place the battery inside the car (now sitting on a bare metal holder). 4. You will also need to purchase a universal battery clamping set -- these will accommodate the new wider battery as the kit includes a as it has a wider (adjustable) top clamp with slightly longer J hooks -- install (but do not tighten, yet). You may need to bend the tab slightly (that has the hole that the J hook fits into). These also cost less than $10. 5. This next part is tricky, but the negative terminal will not fit unless this modification is made. a. Unscrew the sensor box wire assembly (connected to the clamp) from the negative battery terminal piece. b. Replace the nut after removing. c. Remove one of the two screws that the battery terminal (uses to attach to the negative battery post). d. Move the sensor assembly over to attach directly to the battery post connector (I used the right screw, but I don't think it matters if the left is used). Do not tighten all the way. e. Attach the negative cable to the battery post, It will be a tight fit. You may need to route the negative cables under the top battery clamp... you will need all the room you can get. You also may need to shift the battery slightly to accommodate the terminal cable's slack. f. Tighten the negative terminal to the post. g. Tighten all connections -- the J hooks, the top clamp, and the negative terminal (step d). After tightening, the battery should not move -- not even a mm -- adjust the J hooks and top clamp until it is. h. Add the positive terminal to the positive post -- it will be an easy fit. Shipping was quick, packed well. What is the small plastic plug that was in the box for ? charged with a AGM charger for 24 hours before installing. Came up to full charge ,installed, the fit was spot on and car started fine. How long it will last is any bodys guess. Warranty who knows, for the price I threw the dice and we shall see. It was half the price as one at the not so local auto parts store, one hour drive on a old battery? and changing it in the parking lot not my firtst plan. we shall see.

I have a very old car (2003) and the battery went dead. With a car that is falling apart, I could not justify a new expensive battery. This battery is the exact same dimensions. Perfect cranking power at -20 degrees F. It doesn't hesitate in starting in extremely cold temperatures in Northern Michigan.
