The media could not be loaded. Small and compact and SUPER QUIET! So quiet that first time I plugged in, thought it was defective and wasn't working. Was amazed to see water coming out the end of drain hose! Yeah, it's slow, but it's steady. AND...unlike my old pump, which was a heavy duty basement sump pump, this is actually made for pool covers.
