This pool cover pump does exactly what it’s supposed to do—removes water efficiently and saves me a ton of time and hassle. After heavy rain, I used to spend forever trying to manually get water off the cover, but this pump clears it in no time. It’s surprisingly powerful for the size and starts working quickly once plugged in. Setup was simple, and the hose attachment fit securely without leaking. The automatic shutoff feature is a nice bonus and seems to work well so far. It’s also lightweight and easy to move around when needed. My only complaint is that the pump sometimes needs a little help getting started if the water level is too low. It also doesn't come with a super long power cord, so be prepared to use an extension cord depending on your setup. Overall, a solid buy and definitely worth it for anyone tired of dealing with standing water on their pool cover. Would’ve given 5 stars if it primed a bit better in low water! ... show more

This water pump works very well. I have a 400 gallons inflatable pool and haven't had any issues, the water flows really well too. I haven't had any issues with the power, it runs in my pool ab out 16hrs a day. So far I'm happy it has not failed on me, the overall design is good is bulky so sinks to the bottom and has a very long power cable, and appears very durable. The hose that comes with is foggy white color and very long too (long enough to connect to it, and come around the pool border and wrap on the sides of the pool handle.
