When I bought my old house a couple years back, it was apparent the sidewalk and driveway had never been cleaned properly. So I got this pressure washer to see what i could have. And the difference is amazing! I did not use any detergent for my test run, just the yellow spray nozzle. I quickly realized that what u thought was somewhat stained concrete was, in fact, darker than dark. The water it kicked up was almost black. I did try to use the detergent bottle with some water in it just to see how it worked. It doesn’t fit all the way in, so holding it in place was necessary. Could be my problem, but in three attempts it never fully seated. It’s important to note that you shouldn’t be using the detergent bottle with the power on, so it will stay put a bit. That said, once powered up it blasts out water at a furious pace with enough force through the four different nozzles to get just about any job done. I found the red (highest pressure) nozzle wasn’t the right choice for a sidewalk. It worked great, but is a pencil thin stream. Yes, I did let my inner 12 year old out and wrote my name on the walk. The yellow (medium) pressure tip put out a wall of water about 3-4 inches wide when heals 6-10 inches off the surface. This powered through the grime even without a pre-soak. I will need to soap up the part where I wrote my name… I didn’t use the green (low) nozzle for this task, but it says it should be good for things like cars, siding, and windows. Once pollen season is over, I will probably use that one to get the yellow film off my windows. I did use the white (very low) tip as a bit of a hydro-broom. It rinsed the loosened debris and forced the water from cleaning before it out of a low spot on my walk. The assembly instructions were not as helpful as they could be. I recommend looking at the images in the listing for where everything attaches. For instance, there’s a holder for the detergent bottle. It clips into the horizontal creases on the input side of the pressure washer. Would I call this professional grade? No, but it does look like it should be able to use most universal parts, is lightweight, and puts out enough water pressure to use in jobs around the house. ... show more

I have never used a power washer before, nor have I ever had to assemble one. So, I was not familiar with some of the parts or their use. However, I was able to figure out how to assemble this power washer in spite of the very, very tiny assembly pictures in the instruction manual. Yes, I did need to use a magnifying glass to see the diagrams, which really should have each been blown up to full page size in the half sheet size manual. Even with the magnification they were hard to make out. But all that aside, I really, really like this power washer! I'm glad that it's electric and I don't have to deal with the noise and trouble of a gasoline engine. I also really liked the rubbery holder on the wand that securely holds all the different nozzles! The nozzles are also bigger, brightly colored, and easy to see and find, should the need arise. The markings on them are very tiny, but if you put them in order on the wand holder, it then won't matter. I thought the handle was well designed - I didn't see the four screws on the back at first, but was so glad they were there. I also like how this washer was designed to hold everything on it - no need to store anything separately or go looking for it. I've used it so far to power wash the stone, stucco, windows, screens, and concrete floor of our front porch. I then used it on the metal railing as well as the rubber doormat, and washed off our big garage doors. If I'd had enough light, I would have gone over the rubber floormats in my vehicle, too! So far I only used the yellow 15 degree nozzle. There was plenty of pressure and power, and I'm looking forward to checking the others out on some tougher concrete stains. If you buy one, note the instructions for "bleeding out the gun" on p. 14. I neglected to do this and at first thought there was something wrong with the unit. But, it eventually straightened itself out. I think it also would have been helpful for novices like me if they had included a little more information about the best uses for the different nozzles. I would definitely get this washer again! ... show more

We needed a pressure washer and I notices the cheaper ones were the ones like this. I decided to get it to see how well it works and if it's worth the money. Yes! I was quite surprised with this pressure washer. I wasn't expecting much from an electric, 1500PSI unit, but there's a lot of stuff it does well. So far, I used it to clean concrete and a light washing of the car. I feel I can use this for many jobs, but you might want to stick to something more powerful, such as a gas powered pressure washer, for really heavy jobs, like deep cleaning deck planks or fence boards. At the same time, I can use this to wash the car or spray the house without worrying about stripping paint. Assembly is easy, though the instructions could be better. Getting it running after assembly was easy. Pressure was good right off the bat. The hose connection was pretty good with just a slight drip. The cord and water hose are sufficiently long to use this well away from the water source. The instructions suggest that your water source should be within 50cm of height from the water inlet, which seems pretty restrictive, but doing otherwise didn't seem to have a negative effect. This is light and easy to move around. So far, I'm pleased with it. ... show more
