Arms are too low & not adjustable, so it puts your arm/wrist at an unnatural position to use the mouse. Seat is too short so you keep sliding forward until you're in mission control staring diagonally at the ceiling. Seat was well-padded, but not evenly, so it's crooked and slopes to one side. Casters spin fine when it's assembled, but sliding across the floor is more like a scratchy grind than a glide. Arms assemble in connection with the seat back, which involved a lot of "loosen this screw, then tighten that screw, then loosen this other screw" otherwise the assembly holes don't line up, which is doable but annoying. SUMMARY: Fine for occasional use, but don't expect to be comfortable for 8 hours a day. ... show more

some of the plastic parts came broken, however these parts are not really needed. i wish there was some way to contact the manufacturer to replace just a piece or two. ...but the chair works well anyways the gas piston shrinks over time and have to keep adjusting the chair. #NotForFatPeople

I loved this chair for the cheap price and easy assembly, but within a week one of the arms snapped off with barely any force leaning against it to pick something up off the floor. You should also know that the back is NOT attached to the actual seat, therefore while I wait for a nicer chair to arrive, this chair doesn’t allow you to sit back without leaning in a weird position from the back and arm being loose. So, I'm sure this is a lovely chair for the price. In the short time that I was using it, it served me well. Unfortunately, I think my friend is outside the weight limit and was sitting in it improperly, and one of the arm rests broke as a result. Which... *sigh* is fine. It's fine.
