Bought this nugget ice maker a few weeks ago and it’s quickly become the favorite appliance in our kitchen. The chewable “pebble” ice is crunch-and-cool just like at the café, and the machine runs surprisingly quietly. Set-up was easy, fill the tank, power on, and you’ve got ice in minutes. My only small gripe is that the reservoir could be larger, but the size is actually perfect for countertop use. Overall: super happy with how it looks, works, and keeps up with our weekly entertaining.

I’m very happy with this pellet ice machine. It makes great soft, chewable pellet ice and produces plenty for daily use. The one-click operation is simple and convenient, and the stainless steel design looks clean on the counter. I also really like the auto self-cleaning feature because it makes maintenance much easier. It comes with a scoop, which is a nice bonus, and overall it feels well made and dependable. It takes up a lot less counter space than I thought it would. It makes ice fast enough for a small group of cocktail drinkers. Everyone loves the good ice. Like most ice machines use good quality water to fill it and get good cocktail ice out. I love the the ability to offer people different sizes of ice for certain drinks. Or just to chew on these cubes!

Awesome! I was very surprised at how fast it makes ice. It would fill up the basket in about an hour or so. Much faster than a typically fridge. Setup took maybe a minute, simple to use, and makes great ice!

The ice machine is great. Overall, this is a great ice maker for the price and is so worth it. We have kids at home who love to drink cold drinks, and they always use the plastic ice maker that we put in the fridge. However, it takes so long to make. This machine, on the other hand, is incredibly quick, and the kids love it! So much easier to make ice in a short amount of time. Again, for the price, you can't beat it. Definitely would recommend to a friend. It's so handy in telling you when you should clean the machine because of its filter. The different modes are super helpful; it's not super loud, but you can definitely hear the ice drop and when it makes the ice. But you won't really hear the machine when it's full. Overall, a great product and would definitely recommend!
