I liked the construction and two of us put it up in about four hours, it feels really stable, I would recommend three people on the installation, it would make assembly a lot easier, it looks nice and we mounted it on our deck. The directions were a little sketchy, but not hard to figure out.

The unit was exactly as described. Went together fairly easy and appears to be of good quality. Also the customer service at the shipper was great. After putting he frame together it turned out I was short two roof panels. Sent the shipper an email on Sunday, they responded that day. After giving them copies of the paperwork they shipped out a replacement on Monday and I had it on Wednesday. That's great customer service, Thanks to Hinee in CS.

Service: Initially, this ended up being delivered to the opposite end of the country... when I reached out to customer service, they were extremely considerate and sent me another gazebo, which arrived promptly. Installation: The instructions recommended having a minimum of 3 people for the setup, but we managed it with 2 in under 4 hours (tip: you must be at least 5'3" to install with step stools). Stability: The instructions recommended anchoring this against the wall and even provided brackets to anchor the posts to the ground. I didn't have the capacity to do either at the moment and may need creative thinking on how to handle that in the future. Now, I wanted to wait about a month before sending out my thoughts. This thing battled high winds, rain, and bright sun and still held up despite not utilizing the extra gear to anchor it properly; it shifted no more than a couple of inches during high winds. If you have a large backyard, I would recommend following the instructions to the T to ensure that the gazebo stays up and remains stable. Otherwise, I'm pretty happy with this purchase!

I liked the looks after it was built. Other than that nothing. I had a wind storm and it am almost blew away. I lost 5 panels and 3 of my bracing was ruined. now I have to either but another one to repair mine or throw it all away.

Looks similar to advertising but extremely difficult to put together due to the horrible instructions. Very hard to determine directions of pieces which resulted in taking things of and putting them back on multiple times.

We were going to have our patio covered professionally but didn’t want to spend the money right now. This was an excellent alternative for about 1/5 the cost. My husband is in the construction field and was able to put everything together and install it with no help other than me helping him hold up one end piece of the frame while he connected the two ends together. Total took him about six hours. we love it! Our patio is blasted with straight sun all day long in the summertime and this has decrease the temperature about 20°! Not to mention protection from rain I can leave my patio furniture out now and it doesn’t get wet. If you don’t have a construction background the assembly probably would be pretty frustrating, but we knew what we were getting into. So I give it five stars. I can see how it may be frustrating for others to build it without that prior knowledge. So,do your homework! still giving it five stars!

At first we absolutely loved it. But now it has been a month and unfortunately it has started leaking. For the price, it shouldn’t leak. Just a little disappointing. We thought at first it was because we had put it together wrong but we switched the piece and it still leaks. But if you want it for shade and for looks then definitely purchase.
