I am in the process of getting my kit ready to send and here are the problems I have encountered so far: 1. A QR code needs to be scanned so the test can be registered and a form completed online. Unfortunately, I have a very small phone and it is extremely difficult to type things into a small screen. It would be much more helpful of a choice was given to scan the bar code or go to a website to register. I would have preferred to type in a website on a computer so I could see the screen with which I was working. 2. When I encountered this and other issues, there was no contact information given (no phone, email, or anything else) to allow me to get questions answered. 3. Because I was excited to get the process started, I collected the hair samples as soon as I opened the package and before I scanned the QR. (note: the QR message says "Scan QR to activate test" whis I interpreted as registering the test so I saw no need to do this before I collected the sample and sealed it in the envelope. Not so -- there are additional instructions online (see next item) 4. Instructions provided with the kit say "collect 3-4 strands of head hair. . . and place into the sample wallet. Complete the details on your sample wallet." After I had done that, I read the online version which says the hairs should be put into a plastic bag to protect them from humidity (why was this not included?) My samples were already sealed in the wallet. 5) Instructions on the kit say to them mail the sample. WRONG. The instructions emailed to me want me to print out a piece of paper, cut out something in the corner, and include it with what I mail. This (1) assumes that I have a functioning printer, and (2) provides no more information than what I have already entered onto the wallet cover. 6) I am about to put the sample wallet into the larger envelope and mail. ANd I need to go to the post office to buy the postage!!! For the price of this kit (which contains all of two envelopes and two pieces of paper), I think it was reasonable to expect the company would provide their own plastic bag for humidity control and a return envelope with pre-paid postage, as well as complete and accurate instructions in the materials that arrived in the mail AND a way to contact them if there were questions. I do hope the quality of the results is better than the quality of the product so far. Their "registration" provides a short list of food sensitivities so I trust that everything I already know is sensitive will show up in the results. If the company has confidence in their testing, why is it necessary to even ask these questions?

I definitely can say I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this product. The process to get it ready to send was easy! Sent it off and it seemed like no time had passed before they received it and then only took a couple of days to get my results. The speed was phenomenal, I was able to get my sensitivity results so I can affectively alter my diet. This is definitely a great deal, I would recommend anyone who isn't sure about their sensitivities to take this. I have hashimotos and this has given me some great information! Thank you!

It tells you pretty much nothing and doesn’t give you any real information as to if you’re sensitive to things that can possibly be an allergy. It said I was sensitive to corn and apples which I eat all the time and I have zero reactions to either. It was easy to do came back super quick but it is NOT WORTH $60 at all and I definitely will be fighting to get some sort of refund as I do not think this test is accurate at all and definitely a waste of money.

UPDATE: The original sample was lost in the mail. The company sent me a new test kit and it arrived within 2 weeks. I sent a new sample and it took about 3 weeks to show it was received by the company. Then, only 2 days for my results to be processed. The results are clear and easy to understand. Mailed the sample in over a month ago and have not received results. I assume at this point I never will.

Was skeptical to buy this because reviews and took a chance. My sample was lost in the mail and I got scared because the reviews. I emailed customer service on the website. Got a response within 24 hours, sent in another sample with my code they expedited it and processed it as a priority. I have struggled a while and felt something was intolerant, there’s hundreds of results on this test. Many things I wouldn’t encounter but one specific thing rated high was garlic. It does make sense and is a clear explanation. I’m going to try and track the foods and see if it helps my issues
