I've been having some tummy issues lately and it's been affecting my ability to function as I felt gassy, acidic and felt lethargic. My coworker, who also had a similar test done at a nutritional store, followed the hard recommendations and then felt like his life has changed as he was practically glowing as he called in sick less and was able to function better in his daily life. I figured, I might as well go big and went for the more expensive Premium test which is the Full Health Assessment which takes a more detailed look at Intolerances, Toxicities, Nutrition & Digestive Health via a 1000+ items tested in their lab. The test kit came in the mail and the instructions were simple, cut some hair samples at the nape of your neck, package it in the clear plastic (taking care not to contaminate), fill out your info on the lable, then repackaging with your test number and send it off in the prepaid small box via USPS. The results came within a week via the email in a 34 page pdf with very illuminating results. It confirmed a lot of observations I've had (such as lactose intolerance, yogurt, the acid reflux I get when I drink bear, etc) and even a few surprises that will be super hard to give up on. I do like how the results also showed alternatives that I can consume which helps encourage me a bit. They recommend consuming little of the yellow and avoiding the red foods/ingredients. I am on week 2 and I will update this after 8 weeks. I seem to be going to the toilet less frequently and the acid reflux is reduced. Fingers crossed I can keep this up. I already have banana and apple withdrawals lol.

This is a great product, especially for the price range! All it takes is a little bit of hair (make sure you have some, somewhere...anywhere really), and you're done! They make it super easy to follow instructions and the box comes with all the envelopes and everything you need. Make sure you write down the tracking number they give you too, I was starting to get worried that my sample was lost but it just got stuck in St. Louis for a week. Once they received it, I got my results in one business day. ONE. If you are having issues or just want to check out intolerances, I say get this product!

I loved how easy everything was to do and accomplish. The results were quik. Once they received them it only took 2 days to receive results. The only thing I don't like is how much supplements they recommend for me, and the price of it all... really unaffordable for me, but I will still abide by taking the intolerances out of my diet I am hopeful it will help me! I wana say a big thank you to the company for your time and help.

This test was helpful!! It shed some light on issues that I am having. I got the best testing option. It did not have a few things I expected to see tested food wise but non the less it was helpful! I don’t know that I would spend the money to do it again though.

Overall for the price I would say it’s worth it, it did take I’m pretty sure about 3 weeks to get the results so do keep that in mind, but it does break down everything into the 3 categories and goes into specifics.

I purchased this 2 weeks ago, sent in my hair sample and received my results at the end of last week. I got the results six calendar days after they emailed me that they received the hair sample. I have been going over the results and implementing their suggestions. I found it very insightful and I want to know more. As far as the efficacy of the results, they are still to be determined. I will swing back at the end of the 8 weeks and let you know how I am feeling.
