This is an initial review after one use. I am five feet ten inches tall and weigh 160 pounds. This is a compact bench, but it is fine for my size. The unit looks good, parts fit together very well and function as they should. I was surprised that the steel tubing was so thin, but for a unit that you want to fold and move around I guess it has to be light weight. After all, it is only rated for a total of 330 pounds. The leg extension attachment is fairly useless because it won't hold much weight. The preacher bench is very narrow, but I can do two arm curls with a narrow grip; wish it were a bit wider, but it works. All in all if what is advertised is what you want, it is a good foldable bench. ... show more

This new and improved model (black and orange) is everything I hoped it would be. It has a wide variety of exercise options, including the extra exercises I was looking for, it’s sturdy, has plenty of cushioning, and it’s plenty wide enough (and I’m no skinny Minnie), and the fact that it folds up is phenomenal! I was even pleasantly surprised that it was more of a pretty copper color than a bright orange. It was very easy to put together and didn’t take very long at all. The media could not be loaded. I've been at it for almost 5 years, using a bench like this no less than 4 days a week mostly for bodybuilding (growing physique) I've went through a few and this one feels like it's hear to stay. Walmart is charging around $100 and if you ACTUALLY use it, you won't get a year out of it. This one is very sturdy, pushing 80lb dumbbells flat with zero wobble. Leg extensions could be better but again, for something under $200, it's a steal. Almost gym like quality, this thing could easily be $400+. Nothing on it feels cheap. Other benches would wobble right out of the box but this thing is solid. The back when raised but is still sturdy. The fact that it folds up and a whole other bonus. Some complain about needing tools to disassemble but they must be doing something wrong. One screw which has a big plastic handle and a few pins pull out. Beware though because it's a finger grabbing SOB of you are not careful. The leg extension does have to come off before it can fold up but you only have to pull one pin out. If you are new to all of this, trust me, benches can be total junk sometimes. The extra weight it holds is needed when you progress body weight plus the weight you are pushing cannot exceed the limit. Id go a shade under that for personal safety 😉 ... show more

Bench is sturdy and easy to assemble. The leg attachment is all but useless. At the bottom position, it doesn’t sit perpendicular to the ground. More like 80 degrees. The quads are only worked in the upper part of the movement. Also the foam rollers are sub par. Folding sucks and lastly, the preacher pad is narrow. ... show more

It appears to slide forward when weights are attached. I have attempted to contact the manufacturer for help but I haven't heard back. I would like to use it that's why it was purchased
