I love my bed. I have now fulfilled a childhood dream of having “the old person bed from tv” I used to see on commercials in between watching Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune with my grandmother. I got a queen size, I should have splurged and got the split king but with the money I saved on buying the queen as opposed to the king I will spend that money on a haul-away service for our old bed, along with a few other large furniture items we are purging. Just FYI this seller uses FedEx which is not the greatest in my area and if you live up one flight of stairs, as I do, you become anxious and obsess over if they will actually deliver to your door or leave it on street level and totally not at your door. Thankfully, the universe took pity and they delivered not only to my door but both packages arrived the same day! The mattress was 95lb and the frame 143lb according to tracking. Although heavy and bulky, setup is super straightforward, just screw on the legs, plug in the power supply and flip it over, put on the footer, plug into the wall, test the remote (they include batteries) and then unbox the mattress so it can decompress! All done! So happy, so far. I’ll update after a month or so! ***One month update*** Still love my bed! Also, another benefit is that now whenever I or my husband moves, it doesn’t transfer movement so we don’t bother one another if we shift positions or get up out of the bed. First time ordering from Eshine and the experience has not been great. Placed the order and paid for it,but did not received all the order. Had conversation with Eshine rep to get 300.00 total for the order not arriving on time, but monies were never placed back into account nor did I ever receive the full order. With myself being handicap and ederly along with my 87 yr old mom who is in the same , had to sleep on the recliner chair while I on the floor waiting for a bed frame that never came. This bed is amazing. Don't hesitate. Just buy it! We researched for a while before buying, because of course this isn't cheap. But it's not made cheaply either! This bed is strong, heavy, and sturdy. The frame was super easy to assemble, but make sure you have help just because flipping it over isn't easy alone. The mattresses are incredibly comfortable. They inflated to full 14" height in less than 30 minutes. They are not plush, but medium firm, I'd say. Still have the qualities of memory foam, but you don't just sink in... which is great for my back issues. My husband has awful acid reflux and this bed helps him not have to leave the bed and sleep on a chair anymore. ... show more

It has been over a year since I purchased this bed. It is still quiet when I lift my head and feet. You will have to push the mattress from the side, back towards the middle of the bed sometimes because it does move around after you elevate then go flat. It is comfortable, not too firm and not too soft. I really can't say if it has circulation that helps when you cool when I start to sweat at night, because I still sweat. I do like having the coils along with the memory foam in the mattress and not just all memory foam I have a bone spur in one of my hips, and sleeping on the regular mattress increased the pain. This mattress is such a delight to have because no more hip pain and my back pain is gone. We purchased the king split because we previously had a California king. Very thankful I got the split because these bed bases are very heavy, even for 2 people, plus going up steps. This was so easy to put together. Just a matter of screwing on the legs, and hooking up the power cords. The reason I gave it 4 stars was because we let the twin mattresses regain their size before we put them on the bed. We let them do that for 4 days. When we put them on the even bases, we found that one mattress was well over an inch taller than the other mattress, so the mattresses are not flush even. That was very disappointing because after 1 year, they still are not flush. It is very disappointing because I spent so much money on this bed. There was no way I could possibly have sent these mattresses back because I couldn't get them into their original packaging to ship. All in all, I like the bed, no more pain, but can't roll to the other side of the bed without falling onto the other mattress. It is not an even roll to the other side of the bed. ... show more

I purchased this bed for my husband who can no longer lay flat to sleep. The two boxes (frame and mattress) were delivered by FedEx and arrived quickly. Once I was able to muscle the frame into the bedroom, the setup was fairly easy for this 130 pound wife. The memory foam mattress assumed it's shape quickly when released from it's shrink-wrap and feels comfortably cool to the touch. The remote is easy to use and the mechanisms on the frame are whisper quiet. My husband LOVES this bed and claims his sleep has greatly improved since using it. ... show more
