The media could not be loaded. I ordered the Twin Size with a guard rail option. This bed frame is the perfect size for my elderly Mom needs. I bought the option with one guard rail but I called them for the other guard rail since I am going to be moving it to a center of the room location. It took me less than an hour to assemble with both guard rails. It was easy to assemble as it is about 80% put together for shipping purposes, it requires only a few more steps the included instructions are clear enough. I enjoyed the assembly process, I took my time and did it slowly. At the end the bed frame was nice and sturdy. There may be some other options here but this one provides the best bang for your buck because it came with the guard rail, customizable height and easy to assemble. Plus there are actual humans at the other end of the line backing up their product. My experience was positive with their customer service. I recommend it. Buy with confidence. Bed works well and adjusts quietly. Not sure about the design of how the legs attach but it works. Also picture showed 2 rails but the bed I received only had one rail. Dis Update: The leg design is holding up well. Im a pretty big guy and tested the bed out before letting my son in it. The company reached out to me and have gone well above and beyond to fix my misunderstanding with the bed rail. Honestly, I feel like they were not going to be happy until I was happy with the purchase. NOW I'M HAPPY!!! 5 🌟 's
