The media could not be loaded. Pleasantly surprised! I've purchased and installed several dozen fans over my 63 years of life—famous and not-so-famous brands, mainly from big-box stores. I've never purchased one with the quality of this one before. Let me elaborate: The packaging is perfect, the parts are well protected, and they appear to be of very good quality (only time will tell). The instruction manual is impressive. It starts with a history of the company and proceeds to guide you through the install, in a very friendly, almost intimate way. And if the print is too small, there's a QR code that takes you to an installation video. The fan comes with three downrods to install at different heights. I used the shortest one because I wanted the fan as close to the ceiling as possible; however, this doesn't impede or hinder installation. Except for the wires that connect to the line coming from the house, all the others are quick-connects, which eliminates the guesswork. It has six speeds, and boy, does it blow! When installing the light, you can choose from five light temperatures, from the most yellow, which my wife prefers, to the whitest. The remote control allows you to dim or brighten each setting. With the remote control, you can choose one of four pre-programmed timers to turn off the fan automatically. It has an option to turn the light on every two hours for five minutes, so that from outside you get the impression that someone is home. I think two things could be improved: (a) The light installation (page 16, step 4). Installing those three screws isn't easy, especially when you're exhausted from screwing in 24 blade screws. Since they are very short screws, the space left to see where they should be screwed in is very limited. It takes some trial and error. (b) The button to turn off the fan is very small and is located right above the button to change the direction of the fan, which makes me worry about accidentally activating this mode and potentially damaging the motor from the sudden change in direction. As I said above, the fan looks of very good quality, only time will tell how long it will last. ... show more

This is an amazing fan. Unlike the AC powered motors, this has a DC driver and it's response is quick. It's light and mounts without any additional tools. I have this fan set to Speed 3 and it pushes some air! The look is very slim and not as bulky. It has an easy function remote and a timer in case you forget to turn it off. ... show more

Works as should, did have an issue in the beginning with getting the fan to spin. It would act like it was going to start and then stop. We couldn’t figure out what the issue was for a week! We then had to take the fan and unconnect all the wires and re Connect them to learn that the pig tails they sent were very loose fitting causing them not to be connected all the time like they should of been. Once we fixed that issue it worked! Love it!!!! It moves a lot of air even on the lowest setting, looks great with my cathedral ceiling! ... show more

OK hands down the best ceiling fan i have owned, I'm not super keen on the light ( i personally like pendent lighting) but the fan totally makes up for it. It has 6 speeds and the too speed is fast and strong enough to blow my bedroom door shut. This is worth every penny.

Worst fan/experience. cant not be used on a vaulted ceiling due to remote transmitter needing flat ceiling. moved unit to another flat ceiling and the mechanical insides grind when spun and was completely unbalanced.
