Update: after leaving a one star review because the lights didn’t work at all, the company immediately reached out and not only replaced the lights will gave me a refund! I have to say the customer service was unexpected, and really great! Will definitely give them another chance. Finally got these string up only to find out there’s something wrong with it and lights don’t work. Very disappointed-have to undo all the work I did with zip ties. ... show more

I have ordered from this listing multiple times and been happy until recently, when instead of string lights with that nice thick cord, the multiple strings I received had the cheaper flimsier cord used for the entirety of the unit. I was really happy with the first few sets I ordered months ago, but I'm no longer sure of the quality of this listing. Additionally, ordering the 72' product is actually just two 36' strings in one box. This feels sneaky. I know the 96' listing does say it's two 48' strings, but the 72' one did not say that at the time of my purchase. I hope they can improve the transparency in their listing and I deeply hope that they stop mixing the cheap cord versions in! ... show more

    • Good thing this came with an extra bulb...
Right out of the box, the first thing I do is screw a bulb into each of the sockets and initially two of them don't turn on. I replace one of the bulbs with another, and it lights up, no problem. Checking the other, the socket has to hang at a specific twist and angle for it to work. Kind of a frustrating issue to have right out of the box, but what can I expect for what I got for the price. I'll keep it for now, but if the problem gets worse I will return and edit my rating. Also a shame I don't have an extra bulb now, which was one of the reasons I bought this brand... ... show more

Amazing lights. High quality. Love them. But you might want 2 people to install. Fragile bulbs break easily, especially with longer lengths with one person hanging them.
