I needed this platter to change my indoor air filters in 10 foot ceilings. I am an odor person who needed a sturdy ladder without sacrificing quality. First off, let me say this ladder arrived in perfect condition (no dents or dings, and well wrapped), and is sturdy, yet lightweight and easy to move around where you need it. I ordered the 6-step ladder to replace recessed lighting in our 10 foot ceilings (and I have short arms). I dont even have to get on the top step to do this, and from the 5th step I can replace the bulb and still steady myself with the top handle, which is very convenient (and safe). I would happily buy this ladder again! Now, as for the shipping, Amazon sent this 77" ladder via USPS, and the postman left me a nice little note saying it is "oversized" and they cant deliver it, so I will have to pick it up at the local post office. Well, I ordered it to be delivered to my house, since I dont have a car that can carry such a big item! Please Amazon, dont send huge stuff like this via the Post Office, but use UPS (or your own Amazon vans) instead, as otherwise lots of people wont be able to get this item home!

Ladder was as described. Shipping fast however contained one dent in the ladder. The deep steps are great. Stable but not as stable as a traditional utility ladder. Tradeoff for it’s compact design vs stability is worth it.

We purchased two separate brand ladders since we have 12 ft ceilings in our condo and my wife wanted to reach the top of cabinets. One brand the ladder was wobbly and made noises and not very stable. This WOA WOA ladder was stable, firm and was more solid in construction. My wife who is under 5'6" is able to carry the ladder, set it up, fold it and put it back in its storage place. It is light enough for her to handle and firm enough to step in the top steps without fear that it will fall over. The packaging was very good giving the ladder good protection and the finish is also very good that it looks more aesthetic than a regular painters ladder.

I needed a nice ladder for inside my apartment to get things in and out of an attic cubby. It blends in lovely and is very lightweight. But it’s a bit rickety. I’m light and nibble so I can climb up and down alright but it would make me nervous to put someone else on it. At last not to the top without extra support. For the price I probably would not buy it again… but I’m ok with keeping it for now.

This ladder was lightweight but stable and the wider steps are so much better for standing on than rungs on a traditional ladder. This one is the perfect height for shelves we have in a cathedral ceiling room can’t wait to use it to decorate our usually 10’ Xmas tree.
