The media could not be loaded. We wanted to update to DC fans, replacing the 20+yr old originals. The fans make zero motor noise with only air movement to be heard. The instructions were hand's down the best written and illustrated I have ever seen with an imported product. They are so much lighter than AC fans and a breeze to install. Several operational features are what sold me on these and they didn't disappoint. 1) Multiple fans can be synced to one remote. 2) If power is lost, the fans return to the last setting upon return of power (or accidentally turning off the switch). ... show more

These fans are great! The move lots of air, are quiet and are dimmible. My only gripe is that when installing on a angled ceiling as we have, they dont seem to sit completely level. Its close but I feel like I try and try and just can't get the 100% level so if I could take a half star I would but im taking a whole star for it. Fan was received with a faulty controller. Contacted Amazon who gave me the information for the manufacturer. Spoke with the manufacturer. Described the issue and provided them with my phone number and email. In the 6 hours since I gave them my information I have received 17 spam calls and 31 spam emails. Just a heads up, when you deal with this company, use a secondary email and don’t give them your phone number. Was told I should get the replacement in 7 days and they would give me the tracking info… 8 days later, no replacement and no tracking number… could not be more dissatisfied with this product and their after purchase service.
