Ordered this portable battery charging pack for a second vehicle. At present, we own a single pack; shared. It is a different make. Previous purchases of such items (not necessarily this item) have taught me the included USB charging cable can be somewhat short; and/or of less or poor quality. I was not wrong. That in mind, I ordered a 2pk of High Quality Micro USB cables at the same time; at my own expense. As it happens, these will also fit/charge my Android Phone! The charger unit itself Blew me away! It is absolutely awesome! Taking note of some previous negative reviews, I was concerned about fully charging and related issues. I am happy to say I've experienced NONE of those listed. This unit is strong, beefy, and packs a punch. I had absolutely no issues having it accept a charge; from 74% unpacked, to fully at 100% in a very short time. Mrs & I used it to jump start our riding mower. It fired right up; showing not even a 1% drop in capacity. I feel confident this pack will provide years of problem free service! VERY VERY PLEASED!

Bought this battery booster after my truck’s alternator failed. The day after I fixed the truck my Jeep Wrangler’s battery died, and it was blocking my truck in the driveway. The battery booster started the Jeep easily. I moved the Jeep over to side of the house in order to get the truck out. Later that day I used the battery booster to park the Jeep in the driveway. Then, later in the day, to confirm the battery was the problem I used the battery booster again to start the Jeep to troubleshoot the problem. I used it for a total of 3 jump starts in a 10 hour period. At the end of the day I only used 12% of the boosters potential. I was so impressed with this product’s performance I bought one for my son and one for my daughter.

I submitted a review about how quickly the charger I received lost its charge. Acmount quickly responded offering a refund or replacement. This was separate from Amazons return by date which had already passed. I opted for a replacement due to the positive reviews and it seems to be a well built solid unit. In an email, the CSR advised me to discharge the new unit they were sending 0%. Then recharge it to 100%. I received the replacement at a campground where I was staying. I am pleased by the customer service of the company. I will send another review after I have had the unit for a period of time and a chance to use it.

Overnighted this as I felt it was needed. Florida heat and constant start-stopping of my car recently for one of my jobs, I felt the battery fading FAST. "Why not just buy a new battery instead?" I have my reasons, and they're my own...will do in a couple weeks. Until then, I needed something to keep me going until then. Bought this. The jumper showed up before I even woke up. I brought it in and plugged it in to charge, already on 74% and I only had about a half hour before having to leave. It got up to 78%. First stop on my run, car wouldn't start. Ok, let's try this thing. Plugged it up, it started IMMEDIATELY! The timing couldn't have been more perfect. Made it through the rest of the day with no starting issues. Charged up to 100% overnight. Next day, same issue, same resolution. I'm super happy with this, and will keep it on me even after I replace the battery, as it provides not just jumping capabilities for me and anyone I see stuck in a parking lot, but can also charge other things on the side that use USB charging capabilities. Great little power pack/jumper.

It started up a friend's large SUV that would not start using conventional jumper cables. Newer cars need to have this kind of starter vs jumper cables. You won't need to gamble on whether your car can start with the use of regular cables.

This jump starter was able to start a completely dead 6.0 L Powerstroke that normally requires two large batteries to start it it was also able to start a Mini Cooper with no battery at all I am incredibly impressed with this product
