I ordered this product for my work. I am service manager, and part of my duties is fleet management. We run a variety of trucks from mid sized with 4 cylinders, to full size with bigger V-8's. I had one truck (full size V-8) that just would not jump start from another truck (also full size V-8) I got this product and charged it overnight. This morning I hooked it to the completely dead, wouldn't even turn on the dome light. After attaching the jump pack the truck started immediately. It did die. Most likely not having the fuel being pushed in the injectors. I reset the jump pack and tried once again. It cranked over perfectly and started and stayed running this time. I am impressed by the size, capability and ease of use. Would definitely recommend to others.

The jumper worked just as advertised. I watched videos people testing a variety of jumpers and this one and one other name brand had the capability to jump a completely dead battery. Not a single click came one when attempting to start the car. This one was on sale so it was a no Brainer. I jumped my brothers car after he left it for a week with his lights on. The battery was completely dead. This guy had the car running again in no time. It took 3% of battery on my first go. Get product and will save me or my friends when we get into any battery problems.

I’m amazed and want to give 5 stars. The only thing preventing it is the power supply ports haven’t been able to charge anything I have. However, that’s not why I bought this thing, so let’s move on. This thing is insane at what it’s made for! Jump starting cars and trucks. I haven’t even used on a small car yet, only large trucks. Just on the last charge I’ve jump started 3 suburbans and an F150 and it only dropped from 100% to 64%. Still ready to jump start many more times. It’s incredible, fix the power bank issues though, that would be a useful feature with how powerful this little thing is.

I had a little issue with my chevy suburban sporadically draining my battery. I purchased this jump starter for emergency until I figured out the issue with my vehicle. I ended up having to use it the very next day to jump start my ride, and this bad boy became my best friend. Easy to use, very efficient and very effective. My truck is finally fixed, but I keep my friend in the armrest, plugged in to keep it charged in the event I need to use it again.

For years I had a bulky sealed lead acid battery box. Weighed a ton. It died and so i bought this unit. I couldn't be more thrilled. I've only used it once but I helped a friend start their large SUV. Turned over immediately and strongly. And it only used a small amount of the stored energy. Plus it sat in my car for a couple of months and the charge was still at 98% !

This is a most surprising device. Reliable, convenient and a life saver if your car battery goes dead without anyone else around to help. Set yourself a reminder to check the charging power every so often. For the parents who have kids that play games on your phone all the time and drains your battery this is another way it becomes helpful

My car has probably the smallest engine possible, 1.0L 3-cyl Ford Fiesta Eco-boost. For some reason the battery was draining out. I bought this, but did not trust it much because the size was so small. But it worked. Each and every time! I am still using it. I am very impressed.

(Original review):Bought this back in January. Finally had a need to actually use it for its intended purpose, and even with its battery at 60% it would not start my car. Nor at 50%, nor at 35%. Thankfully I also had a trickle charger handy which was able to get the job done so I know the battery wasn't completely gone. EDIT: Within 1-2 days of posting this review, Acmount reached out and offered a full refund. Impressive customer service and I trust my experience with this unit is not the norm.
