This product has done everything it claimed to do. The only thing we have not tried was using the light level in the dark. but I think it would work as well. We have yet to see the longevity. It would have been nice to include a carrying case. It is a nice size and surprisingly small for the power it puts out. It started the car on the first try. Very easy to use. It came mostly charged and still had charge after first use but I wouldn’t want to try it again. If it was fully charged It would probably start two dead batteries. Wait for it to go on sale unless you need it immediately.

NOTE: I have not been able to use it for its intended purpose yet. This thing is a great little pack to keep in your car, and not just for an emergency. I have used it many times for a phone charger, and its nice to have the peace of mind having a car backup. The only issue is the battery life. On the first full charge i ever did, it leaked down to ~95% within 15 minutes. It stopped after that though.

This product came charged to 85%z I wanted to fully charge it before the first use and it only took about 10 mins to fully charge. I hooked it up to my car battery which had died from the cold weather, and it started right up. This is definitely a product that EVERYONE should have!! It can also be used as a flashlight or a portable charger for a your cell phone!!!! I definitely hit a win with this one here!!!!

I has used this on multiple vehicles and it works like a charm. The only battery I was unable to jump was one that was beyond dead and needed to be replaced. Easy to use, fast charging, multifunctional, one of the greatest buys on Amazon. Had to buy another for my other vehicle

I am on a mission to make sure everyone in my family has one off these jump starters on their car in case of emergencies. This one has been a great addition to the collection. The digital gauge is huge and lets you be able to read it in even inclement weather. Using it is literally "the push of a button", a very simple interface, which is great for older persons or for weather / emergency situation that needs this to be applied sooner than later. Great size, too, fitting in purses, backpacks, and even the side compartments in most car doors. This is definitely worth the price and a must-have, especially if you have a vehicle ( or 2) that are less than reliable.

I hate giving this unit 1 star but figure most people only read the best or the worst and so this review would be lost in the middle if I gave it 3 stars. Here's the deal: it's a great unit with lots of features, love the digital readout & flashlight, USB ports, the price is right, etc. And I expect it will work great in most situations. But it didn't work for me, and here's why... A battery usually won't start a car if it's below 8 or 9 volts so when you turn the key it goes click-click and nothing more. But understand: the battery isn't completely dead - it's probably still holding 2 or more volts. So you attach the jump-starter, it senses the battery, and provides the amps ("CCA's") necessary to start your car. But in some instances -- such as (a) you have an older car that doesn't automatically turn itself off if you leave the headlights on, or (b) you have a hidden electrical malfunction that "tells" one of your onboard computers to stay on rather than going to sleep as they're designed to do -- the constant draw brings your battery down to 0 amps. At that point, the jump-starter won't acknowlege that it's properly connected to a battery and therefore won't provide the CCAs. In that sitaution, you need to override the safety features in order to force it to work anyway... and this unit does NOT have an override feature. SO -- if you want to start a "weak" battery, this is a great unit. But if you've got a "dead" battery, this unit will refuse to cooperate.
