I am an AVID Amazon shopper and I don’t think I’ve ever left a review on a single product. But this one is a must because it was the best purchase ever. I had a cheap Target duvet insert that just laid flat and I really wanted a nice fluffy look on my bed. I read countless reviews on different options and this one was the clear choice. I did what the instructions recommended and upon receiving the duvet, tumble dried it for 10 mins. I saw a lot of reviews suggesting to size up to give your duvet a fuller look. I kept seeing people with queens recommend getting a king. But I have a king and was torn between the California king or the oversized king. What I read online recommended 2-6 extra inches of insert compared to duvet cover so I opted for the California king and it looks great! Feels and looks very full, but not over-stuffed. Ordering a Duvet on Amazon is usually more of a miss than a hit… but this one is actually 10/10. I will say though, it keeps me more warm than I’d like. I keep the room below 68 degrees and this thing still had me feeling hot. Idk if i’m just crazy though. It was only one night so we’ll see. But even with that, I love it so much. i have had this for almost a month now and i can say i am so happy i made this purchase. i got the oversized king because i have a king and like my comforters a bit bigger. it’s safe to say it is the best purchase!! i was scared ordering it off amazon without getting to feel it first but i say if you’re looking for a really good quality down comforter, this is the one. i got a duvet with it off amazon as well and it’s pretty top quality as well. it did take time to fluff out but nothing a good 20 min tumble dry won’t fix!!! ... show more

After searching far & wide and seeing Duvets that cost upward of $600 at regular retailers we took a gamble on this for our new Cali King bed and it not disappoint. It is so soft, breathable & high-quality. This could easily be used on luxury hotel bedding. Got a great duvet cover for it & its the best sleep I've ever gotten at home. At first I thought maybe it needs some more feathers inside but we put a King size cover on the Cali King duvet and it puffed it up just right, literally like sleeping in a cloud. The most important thing to us was that the feathers stayed where they are supposed to stay instead of bulking up at the bottom. This has definitely fit the bill.
