We ordered 2 compact treadmills at the beginning of the year. We weren't sure if we going to keep both or just keep the one we liked best and return the other. In the end, we returned one which we thought had some design issues and we kept the Acezoe. Pros: 1. Treadmill appears to be very well built. 2. Packaging was excellent with reinforced corners and the display area completely wrapped. 3. Unlike some other reviews, we found the display to be accurate and using imperial vs. metric for speed and distance. 4. We like the design - useful console, deployable arms, decent sized tablet holder, etc. 5. Like the removable plug for applying lubricant vs. having to physically get under the belt. 6. User manual was thorough and well written and in proper English. 7. Customer service was excellent - we had one minor issue which they quickly addressed and did everything to ensure we were happy with the product. With so many of these compact treadmilles available (and many obvious clones), buying a unit with available and helpful customer assistance is a major differentiator. We would definitely buy other products from Acezoe. Things which could be improved in a future version: 1. Would like to see the pivot point for the vertical posts moved forward a bit such that they could be lengthened and still fold down tightly against the frame. I'm 5'10" and wished the arms/console area could have been a couple of inches higher for comfort. 2. Would like to see the programming changed for the emergency stop cord. This should be a simple motor power down, just like stopping a regular program. Instead, it's almost as if the motor brakes, so the belt comes to an immediate stop and you can go flying (I found out the hard way). Other notes: 1. The heartbeat palm readers are accurate...but...they take a long time to properly calibrate (like 30-60 seconds). So, if you choose to use them, you need to place your palms and basically wait until the readout settles into a consistent reading and at that point, it is quite accurate (compared to my Garmin watch at least). 2. People complain there is no "pause" function, but there is using the remote. So we just hang the remote from one of the arms. If we want to pause the exercise for any reason, just hit pause on the remote and then you can re-activate it again. If you wait too long (maybe more than 2 minutes or so), it will essentially reset the exercise/program. But it does give you enough time for most reasons that you may want to temporarily pause your workout. We will try to remember to update this review at the 6-month and 1-year marks to comment on the machine's reliability and longevity. ... show more

I have gained weight after a year of abandoning any discipline with diet or exercise. I have a Peloton and a gym membership, but as a divorced parent, sometimes I just need a really easy option. I took a chance on this and am excited to see how it goes. The box was pretty heavy for one person and unboxing it alone was a nightmare in my limited space. However, once I got it fully unpackaged, set up was a breeze! Using it so far has been pretty good and comfortable. My one concern or critical comment is the speed. It seems to read about .5-1.0 higher than I’m really walking based on every other tread. Not a dealbreaker for me but it would be nice to have accurate info! Hoping this holds up for some occasional use so I can have a more low-key option for squeezing in daily cardio. ... show more

So far, unboxing was great with NO assembly required.. such a relief! It is as compact as I had hoped, yet long enough for me to take good strides rather than small steps (I'm 5'5"). Love the remote control feature and how the bar and handles fold up and lock into place as opposed to having to do a lot of work to install handles each time you want to use them. These arms fold down into the base of the treadmill and from there I can use the remote control to operate. Very nice feature! Fits under the bed as well when I want to store it away. This is a very turn-key, compact treadmill that is perfect for the space I wanted to use it in. I also already connected to the Bluetooth speaker at the bottom... works like a charm! A really nice add-on feature! I tried walking at 4 and running at 7... both were quiet and the transition was smooth. VERY, very happy with my purchase and would absolutely recommend to others looking for the same! ... show more

I received this yesterday and couldn't be more pleased with this purchase! I am a 5 ft 6 inch, 62 year old woman and was able to get this beast inside my house from the front porch, get it out of the box and set it up all by myself. It was packaged very well and it is made very well too! It is quite heavy but is very easy to move because of the wheels on the front. It folds down very easily and I slide it under my Golden Retriever's raised bed for storage. I didn't try standing it on end, but I think it's probably too heavy to do that safely and it may damage the machine. I'm so glad I spent the time to research and read reviews on so many different folding treadmills with handles. I made the right decision by choosing this one. It is sturdy, quiet, easy to operate and you can change the speed at .10 mile per hour increments. It starts off slow and stops slow (unless you hit the stop button or pull the safety switch, then it stops abruptly). I just hit the pause button on the remote and it slowly stops and then I push the stop button. That avoids the abrupt stopping of the tread. It has all kinds of programs that I will probably never use. I just needed a good sturdy product with a wide walking tread that didn't incline and I needed sturdy handles to help me keep my balance. I didn't buy it to run on but I'm sure it would be great for that too. It will go up to 10 miles per hour! It's perfect for my needs! Buy it, you'll be glad you did! ... show more
