I just got this today and used it twice so keep that in mind. However, I used these for years about 10 years ago, they worked then and the technology has advanced even more so now. This product works amazingly so far. As a thicker girl, the arm bands and the stomach band fit with tons of room to spare. They stay on well. There are a lot of programs and intensity levels to choose from. I love the convenience of the wire free design. I can wear it while working from home. If you pay attention you will literally see your muscles tensing up and releasing over and over. So this does work well. Just be careful not to touch the pads with your hands while the machine is on because it feels weird on your fingers. After using this twice my body feels amazing. I feel a little sore like from a good workout but I can also feel the blood flow increasing and the endorphins. I’d recommend doing it before sleep so you feel really relaxed. This machine is strong so do not start off too high. I highly recommend this product! Thank you!

Okay so I read the reviews before I purchased - from what I saw it had great feed back. I can attest to this - I am SHOCKED, honestly at the effectiveness. I purchased this for a few reasons, 1. My schedule is so busy, I’m always doing stuff and my jobs are both very physical yet I suffer from ailments galore. 2. I am having my second hip surgery this winter, and I thought it would be a good thing to keep my arm muscles stimulated while bed ridden for 2-6 weeks. 3. I’m getting married next year and the fear of losing my body this winter from surgery and not being able to get it back in time freaks me out. 4. It was an excellent prime deal and reasons 1-3 warranted the deal! The quality, intensity modes, and the fact that there are so many different “exercise” patterns/modes is very impressive. Not only do I actually break a sweat, feel my abdominal muscles and arm muscles WORKING… my nerve pain has been so much better since I started using these! Almost like an intense TENS unit, but TENS units never have been able to help me. I wasn’t expecting to get pain relief from this, but I’m sure glad I have! The only thing is that I wish there was a way to make them tighten more, I have skinny arms and I’m just barely making it where it can get some Velcro after wrapping it to the tightest. The tummy one also seems a little big for me, maybe wish the fit was peaked more at the center of the belly. Regardless, I make it work. I use these several times a day. I’m honestly obsessed! Buy it!

Product works as advertised and is replacing a competitors brand that died after 3 months. Product comes with waist belt, 2 arm bands, 3 identical controllers, water sprayer and instructions. Overall it is a very good product for the price. Less than a week but here are my observations: Pros: Good power levels for toning - other brands would max out which = ~ level 10 on this device. Arm bands are long and can fit arms up to 20 inches - other brands were short and would not even go around my arms without extensions. Controller charges quickly and will last multiple cycles before needing a charge Controllers are identical so that if one fails you have two others that will allow you to continue using product - some other brands have different controllers for arms and waist so if waist controller goes out you're screwed NO GEL PACKS REQUIRED - big plus Cons: Waist band is short - if your abdomen is over 43 inches you will need an extension unless you do not move Waist band does not give - there is no stretch to it so depending on what you are doing the Velcro can pop lose - it also makes keeping the belt tight more difficult Controller is very sensitive - if you are working out or sweating, shirts touching the controller modifies the program and resets to level 1 or turns it off which is a major problem. My solution is using without a shirt

I just got this today. User manual?? The ‘user manual’ is simply 4 or 5 pages of what NOT to do with it and who should not use it. There is not one single word about how to actually use it, how it operates, not one. You are just meant to figure it out!? The 3 separate digital monitors will flash numbers for a minute but then go right back to zero. There is no timer setting as far as I can see. I don’t really have a clue. I have no idea what I’m supposed to do with this thing at all. I’m a pretty smart gal but this one takes the cake. So I can’t tell you if it works or not as I’m completely frustrated with it, and it’s going back tomorrow. Waste of time. I’m not sure why they would think it’s self explanatory, it is not! Why would anyone sell a $70 product without a few words on how to use the thing is beyond me. 😵💫
