Tired of having to work so hard to jack up my vehicle. This is what I was looking for and has the right washers. I did at alittle lock tite for good measure. Almost every time I use it with impact gun the nut always gets loose. I bought a self locking nut to replace it and that fixed the issue.

I've attached pictures of the self-locking nut I used on the Torin Big Red Scissors Jack as well as a comparison with the included nut and the self-locking nut I bought from HD. Excellent product. I use it with a Big Red Scissors Jack and a Milwaukee M12 1/2 Stubby Impact Wrench. Do not attempt to use with a drill or impact driver as it will burn the motors out, only an impact wrench. This is my new go-to jack. My Arcan low profile jack is now not being used. Arcan is 60lbs vs the Big Red which is give or take 5 lbs. Can take anywhere and you don't need to worry about space. With the impact I could raise my sedan up in less than 15 seconds. Granted, if you don't use Locktite nor a self-locking nut, the included nuts and washers will fly off the bolt due to vibrations. These are a must. Do not attempt to use this jack and an impact wrench without them. I used a 3/8 inch self locking nut from HD. Was less than $3 for a pack of 10. It was very difficult putting it on and need to use a breaker bar on the nut and another wrench on the head of the bolt. I used my body weight to get it to thread on. Took a good 20 minutes to get it on but now it ain't coming off. ... show more

This unit fit on the Jack perfectly. It allowed for the use of a socket wrench or direct drive off a half inch ratchet wrench. Does the job it was supposed to do. Recommend it.

Lowered car makes it easier to get it up high enough to use my harbor freight jack. Allows me to use my impact to raise it just enough to slide the floor jack under the car.
